The Treasure House by @amymatthewsauthor

Event: Thursday night @burnsidelibrary (slide 2)
(Review in caption of slide 3)
...

Thursday 24th 6:30-8:30 at Burnside Library
Come along to hear all about The Treasure House with Amy Matthews and Trish Morey.
Gin Apple Pie booktails will also be available.

Amy Matthews- the writer of my most memorable book hangovers. Every time I finish one of her books, I am lost. I wander in a world that is dull and boring, pining to get back to, this time, Maine.
An absolutely stunning setting with the most genuine and down to earth characters.
Just like Best, First and Last, we get some time jumps here. Learning about two different lives, set in two different times. But the thread throughout is family (both chosen and default), love and real human emotion.
I read and listened to this one. The narrator, Eva Kaminsky, does a brilliant Maine accent that I got completely lost in.

The world beneath her feet by @hollygoeslightly

A beautiful tale of love, friendship and grief spanning over two continents, two timelines and the two distinct lives of Maggie Byrd.
Gorgeously written and so familiar that when life rips you away from the page for days/weeks, you can pick it back up like you're revisiting an old friend- especially if you grew up in the 90's (I felt so at home with these characters).

Join us Monday night @theregaltheatre with @dillonsbookshop, thanks to @burnsidelibrary to celebrate this incredible new book by Holly Ringland.

✨ MEET TWO OF OUR EPILOGUE PARTNERS ✨

Okay besties… the drinks are officially sorted. 🍸🍷

We’re so excited to have @nsewines and @fictiondistilling joining us for Epilogue on 27 November 🥂

Which basically means you can expect good drinks, good books and a room full of people who completely understand why fictional characters have ruined our standards. 📚

Both are incredible local businesses and we’re honestly so grateful they’ve jumped on board to help us bring this little bookish idea of ours to life. 🥹

So please go give them some love and support the businesses supporting Epilogue. 🫶

And if you’ve been sitting there thinking…
“Do I get a ticket?”

Bestie. We’ve got books, authors, wine and gin.

We’ll let you decide. 👀
