Keepers at long last! The jetty produced many flatties over 18 inches, enabling a delectable flounder dinner. #fluke #flukefishing #flounder #flounderfishing #jetty #delaware #longisland #newjersey #gulp taken in New England by @fieldmarshalfidget

What a gorgeous place for a day spent fluke fishing. The bigs eluded me, but they can’t hide forever. In the end I caught somewhere around 30 reaching to 16 inches.

Thanks to @cookingandfishing for his masterful light tackle fluke fishing videos, it was fun to return to light tackle after a year of bucktailing. The spoons look great and I know they will smack a toad next week. 🤟

Slab donkey🤭. 6.08 lbs. Spent a few hours catching a few 2s, but in the fourth quarter three back to back 6’s put the limit above 23 pounds. Hit the books with @johnskinnerfishing and landed quite a few flounder this week. It is amazing to be able to analyze and understand the environments where these fish live and see your comprehension pay off with a few catches. 🤟 The big guy measured at 22”. #fluke #flounder #bucktail #skinner #jigging #saltlife taken in Dewey Beach, Delaware by @fieldmarshalfidget
