I got my first #technics #sl1210 yeaars ago in high school. This trusty machine has served me well over the years, and I've always been very happy with it 🙃🗯

Over the years, I've always had this nagging feeling to get another one... ⏳️

Now, about 10 years later, I've finally saved up enough $$$ to buy me a second 1210! ⌛️🥳💸 by @fierljepper

Hey you!! 🫵

A few months ago, on a hot summer evening 🥵🌞🌡️, I played a 2.5hr long #Ljepfunk session at @keilecafe in Rotterdam.

I've recorded the whole ordeal, and I have to say that I'm really pleased with it! 😊 So I've decided to upload the recording to my Soundcloud page... I hope it pleases you too~!😏

We'll be dropping the full recording of 🦢🦆🐥Kwaak de Stad🐥🦆🦢 soon, which is my favorite session with @quertycon so far!🗯️ We quasi-telepathically crafted the soundtrack to a perfect summer evening party, and felt the bunker heating to suitable breeding temperatures as a result🌡🥵🐣

Meanwhile (and since @vincentdelas shot some sweet pics) you can listen to "Draagbare Draaiopstelling", an hour of alternate universe Kwaak de Stad solo fun(K) which was recorded a week prior at @moirawalker 's bday party 🥁

It's a first test of a "portable" setup that I've been thinking about for a while... Using a cheap rotary studio mixer, two CDJ350s, FX pedals, a convoluted monitoring system & lots of cables and adapters ⚡🔌

The Renegade Resonance Researchers strike again, this time LIVE @ De Zwam! 🍄🔬🎶

Recorded with two drumcomputers and a bunch of effects laid out on the floor, the resulting soundscape is a hypnotic and disorienting mix of Mareca🦆 and machine🤖!!

An excerpt from this session, full of distorted rhythms, heavy FX and unrecognizable vox 🎙 is up on @duckstadradio's Soundcloud page.

Who knows where their vibrant resonances💥✨ will take you?¿ Find out with the link in bio 🤳

Weary from the flight, they shake the cosmic waters from their wings,
for long aeons they have flown, on wings of steel and thunder,
arriving from their migration from beyond the stars,
skeins of anatidae clouding the skies,
spires of twisted electronics,
a world in shackles,
waiting for the
sweet release
of the BEAT
