She can find a HYROX doubles partner way out of her league, but still can’t find her husband. Make it make sense! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 First doubles race! ✅

Let’s just say ya girl was humbled!! Between Aunt Flo coming to town the day before the race, running off no sleep, crappy nutrition, dehydrated to start, body aches, cramps, no spectators, and 90 degree weather the odds were stacked against us for my first race to say the least. I’m super proud of myself through it all (almost passing out, 🤮 then swallowing it back down) I didn’t walk once and kept my pace through the roxzones!

Thank god for my partner @sloan_legacy_coaching giving me the best vibes while we died together. We’ve prepped so much better for all of our other races together but this one it just wasn’t possible with what we chose to take on!

10/10 recommend doing a hyrox with your gym bestie. The one you didn’t know you needed but can’t imagine life without.

When @fiestyfitgi asked me to do a race with her it was an easy yes!

Now if you know Gianna she is not the one I can call up and ask to go for run with me but she is the one who does what the fuck she says she is going to do!

Well my non running bestie showed up and did the damn thing. I can never ask her if she wants electrolytes again but I think I can get a yes to another race!

Choose friends who challenge you, lift you up and inspire you to be better. The girl pushes me every day to boss up and it was an honor to show up and do the same for her.

Your F45 coaches thank you for all the support we received from you all this weekend! We love you all!
