3 weeks of traveling called for a serious skin reset 😌

Back to the basics: double cleanse, exfoliate, massage, mask, tone, moisturize + SPF.

10/10 recommend doing a hyrox with your gym bestie. The one you didn’t know you needed but can’t imagine life without.

When @fiestyfitgi asked me to do a race with her it was an easy yes!

Now if you know Gianna she is not the one I can call up and ask to go for run with me but she is the one who does what the fuck she says she is going to do!

Well my non running bestie showed up and did the damn thing. I can never ask her if she wants electrolytes again but I think I can get a yes to another race!

Choose friends who challenge you, lift you up and inspire you to be better. The girl pushes me every day to boss up and it was an honor to show up and do the same for her.

Your F45 coaches thank you for all the support we received from you all this weekend! We love you all!

Sled Pull is one of my favorite stations to shoot at Hyrox. It requires a little bit of agility and spatial awareness to hop over ropes, moving sleds, and racers charging from one end to the other. I'll often help direct racers, and clear tangled ropes. Also made new friends with @sloan_legacy_coaching & @fiestyfitgi, who will be doing the Doubles tomorrow.
