Sake Competition 2026 @japanhousela was fantastic. The opportunity to taste amazing sake, including many that you can’t get in the US yet, from so many absolute Rock Star breweries was truly special. It was made even better because the event was so intimate we were able to talk extensively with the brewery representatives, which is hard to do at the larger festivals. It was awesome and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to try such gorgeous sake from the people who made it. "Heart to Heart" from Shibata-shuzo with a FREE TASTING. We already sell their other great products, but the last free tasting we did was when the 9th Generation family owner, Shibata-san, himself came to Sake Secret 2 years ago! Come try this excellent, complex and impactful expression they are know for in Japan!

In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, we’re teaming up with @fifth_taste to host a sake education and tasting event at GTB. Come hang with us and @pc_bevco while trying some new sakes through a flight, glass, or even by the bottle! We’ll be donating 10% of sales during the event to support @aaciorg here in Santa Clara County taken in Goodtime Bar by @fifth_taste

Come Taste Sake with us tomorrow in Fall City

Tuesday is not normally an open day for the shop, but we have Paul from @fifth_taste Imports in town, and our cherry blossom tree is blooming! Come out to the shop from 4-6 to enjoy some select special Sake and light snacks. $20 for non-members, free for members. This will be a great chance to learn about some lovely Sake with a true expert!
