@tinsley_sparkles is a Power House!
Teacher, Performer Competitor!!

Last Saturday I was invited for an "Aerial Hoop" showcase, featuring Tinsley and her students and Man! Was it Inspiring! Check out @fightandflightstudio

Tinsley's dedication to teaching AND in a very short duration, helping her students perform at a showcase for and audience! That's nothing short of Spectacular!! 🙌🏻

Now you know I'm posting because we made this costume 😅
Swipe -----> to see how we designed for Tinsley 😊

Tinsley wanted to pay homage to the white outfit worn by Amy Lee and was going to perform to an Evanescence song.

For a performer who needs to be able to twist, turn and stretch in every direction, means the costume needs to do that as well 😅

We dyed everything to this gorgeous shade of ivory, used lycra, stretch net and georgette to create the costume.

Tinsley had to take the first cut of the costume to the Hoop and give it a run, before we did the final finishing 😅

HOW TO BE COOL!

Step 1: Find your tribe.

Surround yourself with people who inspire you, lift you up and bring out the best in you.

We've been training, growing, laughing and living this lifestyle together for years. And somewhere along the way, we became much more than a team.

Now we're taking that energy on the road, reconnecting with old friends, making new ones and sharing what we love with other communities.

This time, our journey took us to Bangalore, where Shaleena welcomed us into her gym and brought our two tribes together for a beautiful session of technical striking.

Because the magic happens when we share what we love.

Good people. Good energy. Healthy bodies. Happy souls.

That's how we shine from within.

Make your life your training. taken in Bangalore, India by @fightandflightstudio
