The Rust Reaper was made by trash and reused material. A bucketload of added texture to make the rusty and corroded look. It was good fun to make, and a simple process, as I just made it up along the way.

Bane Gunners from @bestiarum.games primed and drybrushed. If I were ever to play Trench Crusade these would be my first pick. Now lets push some pigment!

Hello there! Thats the finished piece. Was great to use the @bestiarum.games misprint for something usefull. Sculpting with only glue, texture putty and some wire made it fast.

Making bases or terrain from gathered wood, leaves rocks and even trash is a big part of my process. Constant on the lookout for what nature has to offer on my daily walks. This piece is driftwood shaped by saltwater, sand and time. You can see how it looked before paint and weathering, if you are arsed to swipe - which it seems noone ever does anymore. But hey, for you that do - thanks for slowing down to follow my life in the hobby🙏 Now I need to stick that weird mini on top of it. Lets make it even higher so it cant really be caught inside that insta-frame...

WIP. Acrylics done, and a coat of matt varnish. Now oils.

WIP. I had a misprint of the @bestiarum.games Alchemist servant, and I really love the facial expression of this guy. So I cut off the torso and sculpted this using dried leaves from a succulent plant in my window for the capes. Used those small silica gel balls you get from packaging for boils. A lot of superglue and some Vallejo plastic putty. Now onto the base painting with acrylics and then weathering with oilwashes.

Some details of The Jailer.
I could push this more with highlights, but sometimes you just need to leave it as it is.
And the whole idea was to do the highlight work before the shading with washes.

...for the first timer ever I dont know what do work on next! That feels weird. But I have a truckload of written down projects.

The Jailer scorched and torn in his den. Made from trash and the 3d print from @bestiarum.games. That was a joy to paint!
Thanks to @heluotminies for helping with the print.
Went all acrylics on this one - no oils or enamels.
