W.I.P
Sculpture/Assemblage made from various waste materials.

Been tinkering with this head for a future character, used 270 pieces of random debris so far, might add a few more depending on how it looks once I blend them in a bit.
Have to say I was inspired by @figurinescapes amazing piece The Griefwalker, where I saw he carved the head from an avocado pit,so this build started around half of a nectarine pit I used for the dome/brain.

Sculpture/Assemblage made from various waste materials.

I always used a white background for my photos,so with this one I decided to try it with a dark background. It's growing on me, must be all that time spent watching grimdark miniatures.

Warband
Sculpture/Assemblage made from various waste materials.
Managed to cram all these guys together in one shot,I just wanted to see how they would look like a group.
Many months of work and a fair bit of recycling as these guys ate up a respectable amount of plastic and metal trash.
I also want to use this post to thank the many wonderful people I've met through the @conclave_obscura who took an interest in my work and the time to talk about art making and even teach me new stuff!

Why are we doing this?
Because we found the effect of doing miniature art and staying mentally ballanced ourselves. Just sitting there with others painting and building is so rewarding. And the miniature community is really freindly and helpfull. There is a lot to learn if you want. But you can also just paint for the sake of it.
So if you are in a rough patch, or know someone who are reach out. It also works meeting live online if we are too far apart.

We will post here what we learn on our journey...
