Some of our newest baristas had an opportunity to learn at our roastery today.

Baristas aren't just people making fun drinks. There is so much knowledge and studying that goes into our craft! We take it seriously and could geek out for hours on facts, different roasts, methods and ... latte ART! 👀🤣

Did you know our Fillin Station coffee is Fair Trade, organic, and carbon negative? Pretty awesome, right? 🌱

And there’s even more to love.... some of our roasts, like our Guatemalan, and light Roast Mexican are sourced from women-owned producers. ❤️

Every cup has a story, and we’re proud to share one that supports people and the planet. Coffee and community. That's what we do!

When you support our small business , it means so much to us, and we can't wait to see our customers and regulars again! taken in Fillin' Station Coffeehouse by @fillinstationcoffee

Up before the sun and all of Front street brewing coffee!

We are honored to be bringing our coffee cart to the Lasting Imprint awareness walk ❤️ This non-profit brings awareness to congenital heart defects. Our community has heart and we really appreciate the business during our big move!

Need coffee or espresso drinks for your next event? Let us handle it and caffeinate your guests! ☕️❤️ by @fillinstationcoffee

💛 A Little Moving Update… We Miss You!

Behind the not so glamourous scenes ( this is not how it will look just showing you the reality of moving ) We miss you!

We just wanted to check in with our amazing community and let you know that we’re still hard at work on the move .... And honestly… we miss seeing all of you!

Everyone has been asking : "when are you going to be open!?"

"Hurry up!"

"Gee what's taking so long!? "

We feel honored you love us so much. 🥺😉

Real talk: This move has been a BIG one. It's been hard to say goodbye to 630 South Front street but our new space is going to be so cute! Good things take time. ❤️

We’ve pretty much moved every single item by hand with just a small crew of people . Boxed up everything by hand.

Between 4 massive buildings, an apartment, a full kitchen, and two offices… let’s just say we’ve gotten our steps in and pulled a few muscles. 😅💪

We decided not to hire a moving company so we could save money for the new space, but WOW… it has been VERY very hard work!

We’re tired, sore, and probably questioning some of our life choices 😂but we’re getting there!

If you'd like to help and hurry the process along please message us please as we have some cleaning and organizing jobs available for free coffee until we get fully operated!

Now comes the fun part… setting everything up! 🎉

We’re figuring out where everything should go, rearranging, organizing, and deciding what stays and what gets upgraded.

We have a new gorgeous new waterfall and fish tank set up with plants! ( Hey thanks Seth!!!) We will unveil that soon.... 👀

Do we keep the old furniture? 🤔
Do we bring in some new pieces? 🛋️

We're gonna make this space a little bit more retro.... & still bring that eclectic and artsy vibe we love from the OG Fillin'

There’s still plenty to do, but we’re excited to make this place feel like home for our community again. ❤️

Thank you for being patient with us while we get everything settled. We're humans, not robots and we wish we could snap our fingers and have it ready sooner 🫰

We truly appreciate you, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back! 🫶

Stay tuned… the transformation is happening! ✨ taken in Fillin' Station Coffeehouse by @fillinstationcoffee

I would never say no to coffee 🚩

We miss you so much! We have a few more things to wrap up and officially have left our beloved 630 Front Street!
Did you know how hard it is to move three big buildings? ( We didn't hire a moving company to save on costs and it was not easy) The grind is very hard when you have to move, and logistically start from scratch with a whole new space! It's not easy at all and we wanted to share that🙏😴😅

We will be conducting Barista training days and also are looking for cooks. Interested? ⬇️

Please email your resume/ references/ availability to fillinstationcoffeehouse@gmail.com.

Interviews will began within the month and we can't hold them in our space until it's ready!

We will also start with limited hours to ease into our new flow and to best serve our customers. We will announce when we are ready to open for those of you asking.

We have to build a whole new art track system to hang art ( so we may not feature artists right away , but don't worry- we will eventually as of course we love our artists and art !) ❤️

Thanks for your understanding and PATIENCE . We know change isn't easy, and we appreciate the kindness as we're only humans working hard and trying our best while raising our own family. ❤️🥰 by @fillinstationcoffee

Come visit us at @thegroveatmankato! Here 9:30 AM- 11:30 AM.

We designed and created this cutie menu for them that features a Gilmore Girl drink, because who doesn't love a good fall drink? 🎃

They have the cutest stickers for their residents and are so kind! We want to thank them for having us and supporting a local business while our main shop is still closed. 💚 by @fillinstationcoffee

Progress has included a new espresso machine and phase 1 of cleaning this patio up, which well.... if you have ever seen it, it's taking us some time. The rain and this patio is all new to us! 😅🙏

But let us tell you, this patio is going to be AMAZING to sip your coffee on & listen to live music.

We plan to have outdoor games for BOTH kids and adults, a tiny toddler space, along with a cute photo op for friends & family to capture cute memories. 📸

Also we will have TWO bathrooms, so that's so exciting going from 1 to 2 ! ♥️🙏

Ways to support us during this transition and move? Drop us a Google review and let us know what the Fillin' station has meant to you or book a coffee cart event or catering!

We are so thankful for the help and support we have had in this new adventure. ♥️☕️ taken in Fillin' Station Coffeehouse by @fillinstationcoffee

Thanks for the memories 630 South Front Street. More nostalgic reels and photos coming your way. 🥹🫶

We have been a safe space for so many. A third space for the community.

A space for recovery meetings.
A space for growth. A space where first dates and lasting love occurred.

A space for gatherings. A space deep talks.
A space late night study sessions. A space for laughter, tears, and some damn good coffee.

More than just a local coffee shop, we believe in community and we have been so blessed to share so many moments with you all. 😭🫶♥️☕️ taken in Fillin' Station Coffeehouse by @fillinstationcoffee
