celebrating 1 year of @filmsoutthere 💚
we have grown so much since last October, going from late-night submissions to small celebrations shared with our people, & we made sure our stickers were distributed at every stop along the way.

through every stressful day and happy milestone, I am so deeply grateful for all the support.

to my filmmakers, thanks for tagging long @tansafi @haelky @theos_perspective @bb_rave @cathy_ki

@athenspalestinefilmfestival starts this week, and we are so proud to be presenting the very first award for the short films screening during the Palescope Program 💚

our team will work with the winning filmmaker on their early-stage packaging of their next project.

we’re grateful to the APFF team for this opportunity to connect and support emerging filmmakers.

join us for the screenings with weekend (Oct 16-18). more information about the festival’s program and tickets can be found on the APFF website.

see you there! by @filmsoutthere

changing a working title is one of most challenging parts of packaging a film, until you reach the time you need to approve its translation!

we remember the first time someone told us about Shawshank Redemption: they had to start explaining the plot until we realised: in Greece it’s been “Last Exit:Rita Hayworth” this whole time. 💀

here’s the thing: sometimes translations spoil the whole experience, other times the original title just doesn’t land. like everything else, title translations need ✨research, creativity and innovation ✨

what’s the wildest translated title you’ve come across? Write it below 👇🏼

It’s been already a year since I joined this wonderful adventure called UNHOLY, the debut feature by @bb_rave_ in collaboration with @foss.productions

@kviff was rewarding, fun and so so inspiring! We worked hard, we pitched even harder and we had so much fun doing it! Our first time presenting the project outside our small but mighty team landed to both the film industry and the international press 😌

Now, @midpointinstitute just ended yet our journey is only starting! Huge thanks to Phaedra for the trust and the hard work, to @ourestis for bringing the Unholy Dream Team to life and for the rest of the Focus Queer Projects for being the cherry on top 🩷 by @filmsoutthere
