Finding Paz has always been about the mind-body connection.

A lot of us move through life carrying stress, overthinking everything, putting others first, or trying to stay strong even when things feel heavy inside.

As a licensed therapist, I help people explore their emotions, patterns, and relationships. And because I believe in holistic healing, I also know our bodies hold everything we go through.

That’s why the work I share here blends mental health, self-awareness and nervous system care✨

If you’ve never tried therapy before, that’s okay. Therapy is meant to be a safe space where you get to slow down, talk things through and learn more about yourself.

Healing isn’t just one thing.
It’s a lot of small steps that slowly bring you back to yourself 🤍

Regresando a tu paz ✨

If you’re curious about starting therapy, you can DM “THERAPY” or reach out at 💌 carlagmsw@gmail.com

I currently offer virtual therapy in California and accept insurance.

Hablo Español.

Welcome to Finding Paz✨ ☁️ I’m Carla, the sound healer behind this space. Born and raised in LA, with Mexican roots from Jalisco. I’m your go-to sound healer in both Los Angeles and San Diego!

Thank you for being part of this journey. I’m so happy you’re here 🫶🏽

I’m here to help you relax, release stress, and reconnect with your body. If you’re ready to find peace and transform your energy, you’re in the right place.

Let’s vibe and heal together ✨🦋

A little sneak peek before you experience it for yourself✨

One of my favorite parts is being able to move around the room and play the instruments up close 🪽

Getting to hear the chimes and ocean drum over your body is a whole other experience ✨

We spend so much time preparing for what could go wrong that we forget to leave room for what could go right.

Speak LIFE into yourself. Speak to yourself with intention. Stay open. Let good things find youuuuu ✨🪽

From movement to stillness ☁️
After a good workout, there’s nothing like laying down, closing your eyes, and letting the sound take over for a little bit ✨

Sound healing is one of my favorite ways to create that gentle transition ✨

Such a great wellness event with @teamdvnas at @sanfernandofitness ✨

If you’re planning a fitness class, wellness event, girls day or just want to give your favorite people a moment to slow down…DM me 💛

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH 🇲🇽🇵🇷🇨🇴🇸🇻🇬🇹🇭🇳🇩🇴🇻🇪🇨🇺🇵🇪🇪🇨🤎

What better way to celebrate than with movimiento y comunidad ✨

Loved teaming up with @she.runsla for a morning that brought together Hispanic Heritage Month + Suicide Awareness Month.

The girls got their 3K in ⭐️ then we slowed things down with a sound bath 🧘🏻‍♀️ and ended with ice cream from a family-owned business @neverialostresromeros 🇲🇽

Move your body. Check in with your people. Y representa tu país con orgullo! ♥️

Gracias chicas for such a good morning! ✨
