we packed up on a Saturday morning and made it a field trip: 10 strangers, a sound bath, and more real talk than any of us expected

right in the middle of lion's gate and eclipse season. we're not astrologers, but we know a good excuse to get intentional when we see one. we all answered the same questions: what's ready to shed and what's ready to shine. turns out it's easier to sit with when you're not sitting with it alone.

this is the whole point of social studyz. just people showing up in the same soupy middle and leaving a little less alone in it.

eclipse season is here, and we've got some shedding to do 🌒

we're gathering a few days before the eclipse to make some space — some individual reflection, some group sharing, and a chance to say out loud what's been on your mind, to people who are genuinely listening.

no prep or experience required. show up as you are.

we'll close it out with a sound journey led by Carla Garcia (therapist, sound healer, born-and-raised Angeleno) to help it all settle before the eclipse peaks.

📍 Mid-City (location shared upon sign-up)
🗓️ Saturday, Aug 8 — 10:30am–1pm
💵 $20
