Welcome to the heart of glow & grow, where it all comes down to slowing down and living from a heart fully poured out.

I believe that you are your best self when you take care of yourself, when you slow down and refuse to go with the hustle and bustle the world pushes, when you don’t feel the need to compare yourself to anyone or anything because you are enough. You must truly care for yourself, spirit, body and soul.

Glow and Grow was created for the everyday woman, to help her glow from the inside out. You can’t take care of the outside without working on the inside. In order to feel your best, you must work from the inside out. When you glow, you naturally grow.

We are sold a narrative that you must look your best to feel your best, but that is not true. It will never fulfill you.

Welcome to this corner of the world where we will work backwards to get back to basics and feeling like who God created you to be in no time. Don’t get me wrong, there is no one solution for everyone, that’s why you won’t find my page to be based on aesthetics, because it will never be a quick fix.

Living in our answered prayers 🥰

We kept this one near and dear to our hearts, and now we get to share our joy with the world. God has been so faithful to us. This past year has been one we will forever remember. From finding out we were becoming a family of four, to moving homes, and celebrating many milestone moments; it’s been amazing to see how God has been shaping and growing us.

It’s also been amazing to see my husband step into his role as a father over the past year and change, and how the love in his heart continusly grows. Our baby girl and second baby are so blessed to have the best “papa” in the world. Thank you for being a role model of a father @rsagarra and loving us the way that you do. We love you 💛

July - August 🌞💓🙏🏼

A month full of goodbyes and hellos, of growth and adjustment, and of making room for what God is doing in our lives. A season of walking into blessings. And if it’s taught us one thing, it’s that God’s blessings and “Yeses” come with growth, and stretching. It won’t always feel light and easy.

We moved homes, our girl turned one, and so many other things! We are so grateful, and this season my focus is joy.

Goodbye to one chapter and hello to another 🙏🏼💛

We said goodbye to our Edgewater apartment with all of the stories, the memories, the beginning of our love story, and we said hello to our new home. A new start for our family, and an answered prayer from God.
