Welcome to the heart of glow & grow, where it all comes down to slowing down and living from a heart fully poured out.

I believe that you are your best self when you take care of yourself, when you slow down and refuse to go with the hustle and bustle the world pushes, when you don’t feel the need to compare yourself to anyone or anything because you are enough. You must truly care for yourself, spirit, body and soul.

Glow and Grow was created for the everyday woman, to help her glow from the inside out. You can’t take care of the outside without working on the inside. In order to feel your best, you must work from the inside out. When you glow, you naturally grow.

We are sold a narrative that you must look your best to feel your best, but that is not true. It will never fulfill you.

Welcome to this corner of the world where we will work backwards to get back to basics and feeling like who God created you to be in no time. Don’t get me wrong, there is no one solution for everyone, that’s why you won’t find my page to be based on aesthetics, because it will never be a quick fix.

Glow & Grow focuses on healthy, clean living, while feeling your best, and making your younger self proud! Motherhood, stages of life, movement, recipes, and community. It’s all here, so join the movement and let’s get started. 💌

▫️our best friends and family celebrating a full weekend in Dominican Republic together
▫️ the list goes on and on…

I thank God every day for this man, this union, my people, and how perfect the wedding was. 🤍

Grateful is an understatement 🤍

This was the sweetest way to kick off our wedding weekend🛥️🥂
Dancing for hours on a boat with my best friends and family with a wide variety of salsa and line dancing💃(I had to teach them the line dances so they were prepared for the wedding😂)

I love my people so much!
My heart has never been so full! ❤️
Andddd no rain.. praise Jesus! ☺️

Rachel, standing by your side on your wedding day was an honor. To witness the love and admiration you & Connor have for each other was a gift. God answered our prayers for you better than we could’ve imagined!! I love you guys and pray for a lifetime of following Jesus together, fervently. Here’s to many years of joy, health, wisdom and peace. 🤍

My heart is so full 🥰💍

My Matron of Honor @ana.mannah threw me the most beautiful bridal shower 🥹🤍 Every detail was so thoughtful and I just kept looking around overwhelmed by how much love was poured into this day! She is truly such a gem 💎 love you lots!!

How blessed I am to be surrounded by so many incredible women that have walked with me through heartbreak, healing, prayers, growth, literally everythingggg and now finally marrying the man I prayed for. That alone feels so emotional.
I was cryingggg giving my little speech haha 🥲

My longest friendship Mckinna flew in from New York, my cousins came in town, my dear friend Heather opening up her home… I felt so incredibly loved!! 😭❤️❤️

And then ending the night line dancing with some of my girls in was just the perfect ending 🥹 i loooove dancing!

God has been so gracious in giving me the best friends in the world. Seriously.. what did I do to deserve these women 🥺

One of my favorite days ever! ❤️

On the days you don’t want to work out… I created an arm series for you, so don’t worry!

It’s focused on toning and lengthening instead of building muscle. If you want to grow, simply do higher weight with fewer reps.

The key to all of my workouts is to engage your core and keep it engaged to tone it, while protecting your back. We love a 2-in-1!

Save this for the next workout when you need motivation. You’ll feel so good afterwards 🤍

P.s. Slow and controlled is key
