Disney Descendants 5 Wicked Wonderland is out ! ✨

Working on this project for almost 3 months was easily one of the biggest highlights of my dance career! I learned so much in the process, was challenged as a dancer, got to work alongside so many incredibly talented movers and actors, laughed alot, and made many new friends 💛

I am SO grateful to have been a part of this movie and to have danced in a Disney production, wow 🥹. To @iamemiliodosal @amvndamay @ttempura Thank you so much for seeing me and believing in me! I appreciate all the care and hard work that you poured into this project from start to finish. Blessed to have witnessed the creative geniuses, and had the chance to work up to high expectations for the excellence and artistry you believed us all to have.

Also shoutout @randabarett for helping to run auditions - that was such a positive experience for me!

The energy, culture and joy in the space was ONE OF A KIND - you really just had to be there❗️Thank you to our Obsidian hired team and to everyone who came out near and far to support, volunteer, dance, battle, and learn. You were a part of Black history & supporting Black futures in our community.

🇧🇧 BARBADOS STAND UP!!
Coming together through Hip Hop to create this special experience was a highlight of my 2024 year. Inspired by the incredible talent, individuality, and dedication of these dancers and this whole team that made this project possible. Although we put in work to learn and rehearse this, filming it in just 90 minutes was a challenge, and I appreciate each and every one of you for your energy & artistry! Thank you for trusting me with a part of your journey in learning more about Hip Hop. I never take that for granted and I learned so much from you all in this exchange! We’re just getting started 🙌🏽

My short film,´Finding Flow’ makes its world premiere this Saturday Nov 22nd 6:30pm at @formvancouver ! I am so excited to share this creative piece that I’ve been working so hard on over the past few months in collaboration with @iamcastlerock 🎥. Starring 3 talented youth/young adult street dancers: @bgirl.emmaa @wh0s.noel @keltheartist

"The Xchange" street dance crew exhibition battle returns to VIDF 2026 with Kristen ‘KatchFlow' at the helm!

An exciting leader in our community, KatchFlow brings her skills and enthusiasm to VIDF. She was a crew dancer in 2025 and has strong connections in the street dance community.

Furthering VIDF's mandate to elevate street dance to the same recognition as other dance forms, "The Xchange" links cypher to stage by inviting festival street dance artists to exchange with local guest crews.

Watch for battle and show announcements—STREET DANCE TRIPLE BILL!!!—this December, and save the dates for the festival, March 4–14.
