Got buck at a hip hop battle.....So, I turned 25 last Tuesday. I decided to go up to Vancouver the weekend before that to celebrate. On the activity roster was: Visiting friends (shoutout @brucethealmighty @alicexhhs) playing yugioh for the nostalgia (shoutout my old six samurai’s) and going to a random comedy show (laughed my ass off).Only a week or two before this trip did I hear about obsidian jam. Only a few days before the jam did I buy tickets. There were no spectator tickets left. So, I was gonna battle, “why not?” I thought to myself. I went in just wanting to rep jookin. Thas actually it. I felt I did that, I was satisfied..“And to my left, Kai” said orb over the mic. There I stood, looking for the other Kai that must have been in the room. I did not expect the government to get dropped like that. But shit, we represented 🫡.At a hip hop battle too!
