Something beautiful is opening ♡ Anchored Light is an invitation to step away from the noise for an evening and simply receive. We’ll begin together with cacao, before Sarah gently guides you inward through Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to soften, settle and prepare. Then I’ll surrender into channelling the Seraphim Choir, allowing their light, energy and frequency to move through the space. You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to understand energy. You don’t need to have experienced anything like this before. Simply come as you are. ✦ Yoga Nidra ✦ Cacao Ceremony ✦ Seraphim Choir Saturday 24 October 2026 Soul Space Studio • Wyoming Arrive 5:15pm Experience 5:30–7:00pm $66 AUD This one is particularly special to me because we’ll be gathering on my birthday... and I can’t think of a more beautiful way to spend it than sharing this space with you. Come as you are. Soften, release, and anchor more deeply into your light ♡ Bookings: findyourray.com/anchored-light Link in bio xo @balancedyouyoga #findyourray #balancedyouyoga #anchoredlight #yoganidra #cacaoceremony #seraphimchoir taken in Soul Space Studio by @findyourray

YOU ARE THE LIGHT YOU SEEK ✧ Sometimes we look outside ourselves for the light, guidance or reassurance we need. But the truth is... You have already found your way through every dark chapter. Your intuition is still guiding you. Your presence brings light into the lives of others. I CAN’T BELIEVE I LIVE HERE ✦ Sometimes I look around and genuinely cannot believe I get to call the Central Coast home. The ocean, the beaches, the sunshine and beautiful places like Norah Head Lighthouse... As we roll into the school holidays and a long weekend, others are about to pack the CC and this is my gentle reminder to myself that I am so blessed that I get to call this place home ♡ Source: Google Images #FindYourRay #NorahHeadLighthouse #NorahHead #CentralCoastNSW #LoveWhereYouLive #CoastalLiving\ taken in Norah Head Light House by @findyourray

My Love & Relationships Broadcast Message Energy Clearing identifies and releases the messages that are ready to shift...creating space to broadcast from self-worth, trust and emotional safety instead ♡ DM 'BROADCAST' for more info on this offering xxx #FindYourRay #RayOfAvalon #BroadcastMessageHealing #LoveHealing #RelationshipHealing #EnergyRelease by @findyourray

PROTECT YOUR PEACE ✦ Peace does not always arrive as a feeling. Sometimes it begins with the decision to stop engaging with people, situations and conversations that disturb it. You do not need to attend every argument you are invited to. Protecting your peace is always a valid choice ♡ #FindYourRay #ProtectYourPeace #ChoosePeace #HealthyBoundaries #EnergyProtection #EverydayWellness taken in Norah Head, NSW by @findyourray

GOODBYE VIRGO SEASON ✧ As we prepare to say goodbye to Virgo season, take a moment to release everything you do not wish to carry into the next season. Release the pressure... Release the need to have everything figured out... Release the energy you have picked up from other people... Thank Virgo season for the lessons, the clarity and the realignment. Then take a deep breath and let it all go ♡ #FindYourRay #VirgoSeason #EnergyRelease #LetItGo #ClearYourEnergy #RayOfAvalon taken in Find your Ray by @findyourray
