Something beautiful is opening ♡

Anchored Light is an invitation to step away from the noise for an evening and simply receive.

We’ll begin together with cacao, before Sarah gently guides you inward through Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to soften, settle and prepare.

Then I’ll surrender into channelling the Seraphim Choir, allowing their light, energy and frequency to move through the space.

You don’t need to know how to meditate.

You don’t need to understand energy.

You don’t need to have experienced anything like this before.

Simply come as you are.

✦ Yoga Nidra
✦ Cacao Ceremony
✦ Seraphim Choir

Saturday 24 October 2026
Soul Space Studio • Wyoming

Arrive 5:15pm
Experience 5:30–7:00pm
$66 AUD

This one is particularly special to me because we’ll be gathering on my birthday... and I can’t think of a more beautiful way to spend it than sharing this space with you.

Come as you are. Soften, release, and anchor more deeply into your light ♡

Kind of in adoration of this quote. Sounds like Kintsukuroi for the Human Body & Spirit 🌟

Posted @withregram • @thejessicadore The full moon is in Aquarius & it appears as though I’m having some feelings 🌕🍯

I had the blessing to receive a mini-Energy Healing from @findyourray // a ramble about my experience:⠀
⠀
I’ve followed Ray for some time (check her feed, it’s gorrrrgeous!), so when she offered a couple of free sessions, I was quick to raise my hand. I’d been feeling ‘on the verge’ of things, yet somewhat stuck and like stuff wasn’t moving or in flow quite yet ⠀
⠀
Upon booking, I got to share some areas of my life I’m working on & seek clarity in, after which I received a confirmation that I’d receive my session in a few days 🙏⠀
⠀
Ray sent me a video recording, from inside her van - which was parked at the beach! 🌊 I loved that I got to see her face as she tuned into my energy, how she patiently explained what brought her to doing these healings, how it works for her, and how it may help me⠀
⠀
As she felt into my field, she expressed that she’d like to focus on my career. “You don’t need to work harder, Saar. Do what you love, and everything else [in your life] will fall into place. I’m sensing some fear of failure, let me pick some crystals for you.”⠀
⠀
Of course she has a bunch of crystals in her van 💞, out came Gold Pynite - for Abundance and Prosperity, and Rose Quartz - for Love and Longing⠀
⠀
“I can feel you want to really love what you do. It’s ok to be happy and fulfilled, there’s no need to be defensive or explain what you do to others [anymore].”⠀
⠀
I was starting to feel calmer, seen, understood. Ray asked me to grab a pen + notebook, so I could write down the emotions she’d clear for me, and to do a journal practice with a releasing affirmation to let them go. After placing a permanent shield around me, she got to work⠀
⠀
Feeling sensations in her body arise, drawing connections between certain emotions, organs, and the age I was at when this emotion lodged itself there, to then clear it out with her healing wand⠀
⠀
🤯 Friends, I had an extensive back and forward via voice memo’s in the DM’s with Ray after this clearing, as the ages + emotions + sensations were SO on point! ⠀
⠀
It feels amazing to be seen in this way, to start to welcome opportunities (with ease!) & to have a better understanding of how to support myself + 100/10 recommended!💞

I definitely know that one of the worst setbacks that can happen is losing focus and allowing procrastination to step in 🙏
.
The best way is to stay in the here and now and to concentrate on everything going on in this particular moment.
.
Distraction wastes time, and procrastination keeps you from moving forward.
.
Be positive, not passive 🙏🙏Instead of giving yourself reasons why you couldn’t or shouldn't, give yourself reasons why you can and permission to go for it 👊👊.
.
Happiness doesn't come from circumstances but always from within 😍🙏👊 .
