4 Years ago, on the way to move some gear for a wedding gig, a driver missed a red light and took me out. While I walked away from the collision in one piece, over the next month and a bit my body seized up to the point where just getting down the stairs before noon was an accomplishment, let alone get out of bed. The body keeps score. by @fintygrams

Taking a bit of a step back due to health reasons.

In an unfortunate update to my cancer journey, I had to be readmitted to hospital for several weeks at the beginning of July. After a close call, and several tests and scans, my cancer's returned and spread. Currently looking at every option in terms of out there, but it looks like it's here to stay for the long term. While I'm keeping optimistic, it's been another strain on an already harrowing year for my family.

I'm taking things day by day, but this will probably be my only update on here for a while.

Thank you to everyone who's been keeping me positive and taking each day as it comes. It means everything to me and my family as I work on recovery and treatment as best I can.
