The season is slowly changing, and we naturally feel like slowing things down this month, so in September you'll find us most weekends at Kerrison Fitness in Harleston 🍂
The end of the month brings us to our close at Beccles Quay, finalising with one last yoga + sauna session, bookings are open via the website 🧡
Once again thank you for supporting our small business and we hope to see you at the sauna soon.
Big love

Struggling to post on social media at the moment. It sucks having to be online all the time and alllways be posting, and I know our entire business counts on it but sometimes the brain just isnt vibing with it. So, heres a pretty picture of our sauna space and we hope to see you this weekend, we are open Saturday for normal bookings, and Sunday is our open day at Kerrison Fitness. Sundays pretty special because you can try the sauna out for a fiver and also bring your family along! Booking isnt essential for Sunday but if you want to guarentee a space then book via the link in our bio. 🧡 theres also some yoga classes and stuff going on there Sunday!
Sending yous all lots of love and thanks for supporting us as always 🧡✨️😘 jess and greg xx taken in Harleston, Norfolk by @fireandflowsauna

Nothing calms my brain more than a sauna session! Well maybe without the kids but it’s exactly what was needed! Selling the house was a great sigh of relief no more viewings 😅 and I just feel like a bit of a weight is lifted but I know I’m stressed my jaw aches from stress and I know I have a gazillion and one things to do! The holidays are long and I’ve worked a lot this last couple of weeks! We nearly got up and did another carboot or sorted the garage and then I said stop let’s just have a chilled day go for a sauna and a cold dip @fireandflowsauna get some food and have a walk and now I’m in the bath with a hair mask on and I can breathe a little more ! This process is testing at times and sometimes you have to just switch off this is how I do it! #sauna #switchoff #sundayreset #sunday #movingtoaustralia by @fireandflowsauna
