💚 SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY – OUR FAVOURITE TIME OF THE WEEK! 💚

If the past few weeks have shown us anything, it’s just how incredible the Norfolk small business community really is!

We’ve recently hit 10,000 followers and the love and support we’ve received has been amazing! 🥹

To some, it’s just a number, but to us it’s 10,000 people following our journey and, more importantly, discovering and supporting Norfolk businesses. That’s exactly why we started The Norfolk Edit! 💚

We’ve also had so many lovely conversations with local businesses wanting to get involved in our events, and we cannot wait to meet lots of you @norfolk_foodhall on 18th November! 🎄

This week we’re sharing 10 wonderful Norfolk businesses, all recommended by YOU in last week’s comments!

And here’s your Sunday reminder…

Supporting a small business doesn’t have to cost a penny! A follow, a share, a comment or simply tagging a business you love can mean more than you realise.

👇 TAG A NORFOLK SMALL BUSINESS YOU LOVE! 👇

Whether it’s somewhere you shop, a service you’ve used or a business you think deserves more recognition, let’s fill the comments with Norfolk businesses worth shouting about!

You might even see them featured next Sunday! 💚

I think I’ve found one of the best ways to spend £20 in Norfolk… 👀🔥

📌 SAVE this hidden gem for your next Norfolk or Suffolk countryside escape.

If you’re looking for something a little different to do in Norfolk or Suffolk, how about an outdoor wood-fired sauna, cold plunges and gorgeous countryside views? All for £20. Not a bad way to spend a morning, is it?

Tucked away in Harleston, Norfolk, right on the Suffolk border, @fireandflowsauna is an independent sauna and cold plunge experience with a bit of a difference.

For starters, the sauna is actually a converted horse box, built from scratch by the owners!

And if you’re anything like me and find it almost impossible to switch off sometimes, this is exactly the kind of place you need.

An hour to slow down, recharge and forget about your never-ending to-do list, all while soaking up those gorgeous countryside views.

The idea is simple. Get hot, get cold, repeat. Although I’ll admit the cold plunge takes a little more convincing! 🥶

We discovered this spot during our countryside stay at Albert’s Dairy in Suffolk, just an eight-minute drive away, and it was exactly the reset I didn’t realise I needed.

There’s even a farm shop on site for a coffee and homemade cake afterwards, plus a yoga studio and massage therapist if you fancy making a day of it.

📍 Fire & Flow, Kerrison Fitness, Harleston, Norfolk
💷 £20 for a one-hour session
🔥 Outdoor wood-fired sauna and cold plunge

Be honest, are you brave enough for the cold plunge, or are you staying firmly in the sauna? 🥶

What a special find! @fireandflowsauna is a proper hidden gem!💛

I’ve been to a fair few saunas locally and further afield and none have felt as special as this one.

Attentive, knowledgeable host
Sauna hats available for use
Half time oranges
A cold, cold plunge (nothing worse than one that doesn’t pack a punch!)
Salt body scrubs and face marks to use towards the end of your session and to purchase for home use if you so wish.

The result. A clear, calm mind and body and soft silky skin 💛

Gratefully located in Harleston, perfectly placed for me to catch an hour in between my kids sporting commitments today. I will definitely be back and you should go and experience it too!

Nothing calms my brain more than a sauna session! Well maybe without the kids but it’s exactly what was needed! Selling the house was a great sigh of relief no more viewings 😅 and I just feel like a bit of a weight is lifted but I know I’m stressed my jaw aches from stress and I know I have a gazillion and one things to do! The holidays are long and I’ve worked a lot this last couple of weeks! We nearly got up and did another carboot or sorted the garage and then I said stop let’s just have a chilled day go for a sauna and a cold dip @fireandflowsauna get some food and have a walk and now I’m in the bath with a hair mask on and I can breathe a little more ! This process is testing at times and sometimes you have to just switch off this is how I do it! #sauna #switchoff #sundayreset #sunday #movingtoaustralia

Last Saturday was our first boot camp social and I LOVED it!

We started with an earlier boot camp and then a trip to @fireandflowsauna, which was the perfect way to start the weekend.

My dream when starting this group would be that it’s not just something people turn up to so they can tick the box for their exercise that week, but that it would become so much more. A place where people can meet each other, cheer each other on, have fun and that bit of space just for them.

Last Saturday I realised that had been achieved 🧡
