Did you know your body is designed to alternate between mobile and stable joints? 🧐

Understanding this could be the key to better performance and fewer injuries!

✅ Mobile joints (like your hips) are built for movement.

✅ Stable joints (like your knees) are built for support.

But here’s the catch… when one joint isn’t doing its job, the next in line has to pick up the slack—and that’s when problems start.

Want to know if your body’s mobility and stability are in balance?

🤔 Hands going numb during bench press or upper body workouts?
That’s a common sign of nerve compression or blood flow restriction — often from repetitive muscle contractions with poor alignment in the neck, shoulders, or upper spine.
If you’re lifting heavy in the #inlandempire , I can help you identify and correct the issue at its source.
Chiropractic care isn’t just about pain relief — it’s about restoring proper function so you can train safely and effectively.

📍Let’s keep your lifts strong and your hands steady.

I would love to see you join me at the office in Solana Beach! A few of you have already driven down to see the office and that kind of support is incredible! I know that an hour drive is not realistic for consistent care, so an email is going to be sent out with my recommendations for docs in the area.

Thank you everyone!
