Happy Monday!
Start the week off #stsstrong 💪🏼 with some movement. Morning exercise can help boost your metabolism, encourage better sleep, and raise natural endorphins. Not only will it help wake up the body, but also the mind 🧠
Just a reminder, we will be open for a half day tomorrow for the 4th of July. Please stay safe and enjoy the holiday! 🇺🇸 #ittakesavillage

PSA - The chiro adjustment is more about the technique - not necessarily about how “strong” your doctor is. However, I believe in leading my example. So yes, I do my deadbugs/birddogs (almost) daily because I preach them to my patients. I take 4-5 2 mile walks weekly. And I lift often to keep my body moving and active. And yes, because of this lifestyle I’ve created, I HAVE to get bodywork on the regular. Either via adjustments or deep tissue massage. It’s mandatory. But I’m leading my example because why would my patients want to take care of their body if I am not doing the same? 💛

So this past week has been a WHIRLWIND of activities and chaos.
I checked outta clinic 👩🏼‍⚕️
My family came into town 🤪
I GRADUATED DOCTOR SCHOOL👩🏼‍🎓!
Packed up my whole house/family and drove down to our new house/location in San Diego where I’ll be working starting next week 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🚗💨
I’m seriously the biggest mixture of emotions this week, which is different for me because I tend to keep any/all emotions of mine on the DL 🙄 But I think overall my heart is filled to the brim with so much gratitude 💖
Thank you for every person who was apart of my journey while I was in the Bay Area learning how to become #MasicaDC. Thank you for your patience with me. Thank you for pushing me to become a better human. Thank you for the coffee pick-me-ups (or the wine ones 🍷) 😉 Thank you for being an ear to vent to. Thank you for trusting me with your care if you were one of my patients. Thank you for believing in me even when the odds were against me. 💕
I’m seriously shook that I’m about to start doing what I love FULL TIME. And I couldn’t have made it to this point without every who has helped me along the way. Thank you 🙏🏻
(Sorry I didn’t tag everyone - but you know who you are 😘)
