POSTS STORIES REELS

As we stand on this final Sunday of the year, we’re taking a moment to look back with immense gratitude.

Over these months, we’ve built relationships, restored lives, and provided healing and hope through every bit of fellowship we’ve shared.

Each person who’s supported us is a true hero for our nation’s heroes, and we do not take that lightly. Being a small, grassroots nonprofit, we’ve done so much with what little we have, and every bit of support truly makes a difference.

As we wrap up the year, we want to wish everyone a warm and joyful holiday season. We hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and that you’re stepping into the New Year surrounded by family, presence, and the simple joys of being together.
Because we believe that breath and bond are some of the greatest medicines for mankind, and often hope and purpose are the cures we all need. Through our fellowship, that’s exactly what we strive to provide.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Your generosity fuels our mission and helps us continue making a difference.

Whatever you can give, every bit helps us keep this mission alive. Here’s to a hopeful, purposeful, and connected New Year!

A special thank you to those who’ve helped along the way:

🌟 A Legacy of Love and Courage: Honoring Devon Grube 🌟

Today, we share a glimpse into the life of Margie Grube, a courageous mother of three beautiful children, navigating life’s challenges with grace since the loss of her husband, Devon, a dedicated Navy SEAL, on December 28, 2016. At FireIce Frogs, we believe in the healing power of Breath and Bond, and that Hope and Purpose can profoundly transform lives. Our mission is supported through Fellowship, providing essential support to those like Margie, who persevere through unimaginable journeys.

This is your chance to be the Hero for our Heroes. Your support enables us to continue our mission and helps ensure that no one walks this path alone. Please consider making a donation today and help us carry forward Devon’s legacy of living life to the fullest.

10 years as a Navy SEAL. Three surgeries. Medically retired in 2017.

@jeffgum on why the sauna and cold plunge at his house are “one of the most important tools I have in my life right now.”

Fire & Ice Frogs installs them for Special Operations veterans at no cost. Link in bio to help get the next one in.

“Healing should be a gift.”

That’s what Fire Ice Frogs is about. Special-ops veterans spent years carrying the weight for everyone else. This is a place to set some of it down, with brothers who understand it.

No one heals alone. 🔥🧊🐸

If you know a SEAL or special-ops vet who could use this community, send this to them.

Twenty-five years later… the silence still speaks.

We came to New York not simply to visit a place, but to remember the lives that were taken, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others ran away.

2,977 lives.
One nation changed forever.

We remember them.
We honor them.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

CGI was proud to sponsor Swim With a Mission 10th Anniversary Weekend at @osgpaintball in Barnstead, NH. It was an incredible day of teamwork, leadership, and giving back in support of our nation’s Veterans.

We’re proud to share that CGI brought home the tournament championship! While the victory was exciting, supporting such a meaningful cause was the greatest reward.

Another highlight of the day was welcoming our own Navy SEAL, Chris Kerr, COO of Fire Ice Frogs, to the field. His leadership, service, and dedication reflected the values that inspire both our team and SWAM’s mission, making the day even more meaningful.

We are honored to support this incredible organization and stand behind a mission that creates a meaningful and lasting impact. by @fireicefrogs

Generations of Navy SEALs, united by service and purpose. 🇺🇸

An honor to stand alongside these incredible warriors, including Medal of Honor recipient Michael E. Thornton, in New Hampshire supporting Swim With A Mission.

@fireicefrogs is deeply grateful for @swimwithamission unwavering partnership and support in helping us carry out our mission to serve Navy SEAL veterans and Gold Star families.

Together, we continue to serve. by @fireicefrogs

Sometimes, purpose isn’t found in what we achieve—it’s found in the lives we touch.

Sometimes it begins with something as simple as sitting beside someone, listening without judgment, offering a hand, and reminding them they don’t have to carry their burdens alone.

This remarkable woman is a Gold Star spouse. She lost her husband, a Navy SEAL, and now carries the incredible responsibility of raising their children while honoring his legacy every single day. Her strength is inspiring, but even the strongest among us need to know they are seen, valued, and supported.

Hope can feel fragile in a world filled with loss. Yet one conversation, one act of kindness, one hand reaching out can remind someone that light still exists.

You may never fully realize the impact you have on another person’s life. So choose compassion. Choose to show up. Choose to care.

Because sometimes the greatest purpose we will ever fulfill is helping someone else find the strength to keep going.

“No one should have to walk through life alone.” ❤️🇺🇸

250 years of freedom. Countless sacrifices to protect it. 🇺🇸

As America celebrates her 250th birthday, we honor the warriors who have stood the watch—past, present,

FireIce Frogs @fireicefrogs was built on a mission that extends beyond the battlefield: restoring resilience, strengthening brotherhood, and ensuring that no member of the Special Operations community walks alone after service.

Our roots run deep in the Naval Special Warfare community, but our mission reaches every life we have the privilege to serve. Every cold plunge, every conversation, every event is a reminder that the brotherhood never ends.

The American flag doesn’t just represent where we live—it represents those who were willing to give everything so others could live free.

This Independence Day and throughout America’s 250th year, we proudly stand beside our veterans, Gold Star families, and the community that continues to answer the call.

Long Live the Brotherhood.

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America.

Service never stops.

Retired Navy SEAL Command Master Chief Chris Kerr @chris_fif_coo continues to lead from the front as COO of FireIce Frogs @fireicefrogs

FireIce Frogs is helping restore resilience, strengthen connection, and bring hope to Naval Special Warfare veterans and Gold Star families through in-home wellness, meaningful relationships, and a community that refuses to leave anyone behind.

Leadership isn’t about being in the spotlight.

It’s about building something that continues serving others long after you’re gone.

That’s the mission behind FireIce Frogs.

Supporting veterans. Honoring the fallen. Strengthening the brotherhood.
