(ad) I recently tried FireMa @firema_canada and really enjoyed their beef and chicken offerings.

They are a food truck that’s permanently located in north east Edmonton at 📍13530 Fort Road T5A 1C5 (Value Village parking lot).

What makes this place very unique in Edmonton is that they use charcoal to grill their meats, whereas I think every where else uses electric grills.

The charcoal gives their meats a real smokey flavour which makes all the difference.

I really enjoyed their saj bread too. It’s a nice soft chew, and their rice is also really good too. It’s hard to pick between their shawarmas or bowls! But definitely go for a mix of beef and chicken if you like both!

They grill their meats log style which is popular in Jordan.

If you want to try them, they are open every day except Mondays. They also said they sometimes sell out so go earlier if you have the choice. And you can also find them on all the popular delivery apps! I would definitely visit again! taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @firema_canada

We had the chance to check out @firema_canada and let us tell you, it was AMAZING! 🤩❤️

We absolutely loved the warm and welcoming vibe, and the mouthwatering smell of shawarma makes the whole experience even better!

Their menu is HUGE, and their speciality is charcoal-grilled shawarma 🔥🌯

We got to try their Chicken Shawarma Meal and FireMa Shawarma Meal, both served with your choice of fries or rice, along with 3 of their signature sauces!

Our favourite was the FireMa Shawarma! 🤌🏻🔥 Definitely a must-try for all the shawarma lovers out there!

Is this the best shawarma in Edmonton? 👀 @firema_canada is a food truck specializing in charcoal smoked shawarma. They just opened this summer and they’re already quite popular!

What’s different about their shawarma is that it’s smoked over a charcoal grill right in their truck, both the beef and chicken. I tried both and I can’t decide which one I like more! They offer both wraps and bowls.

If you’re looking for something different from traditional shawarma, try the Italian shawarma. It’s their chicken shawarma tossed in a creamy sauce, served panini style with melted cheese. For some crunch, the Zinger features crispy tenders wrapped in saj bread. They also offer family platters which are perfect for gatherings and catering events.

The food truck is parked northside in one location (parking lot of Value Village in Belvedere).

Edmonton, I just found the BEST shawarma I’ve had since living in the Middle East 🤤🔥

I spent a semester abroad in the Middle East 14 years ago, and I’ve been DREAMING about the shawarma I ate there ever since. I honestly hadn’t found anything that compared… until I tried @firema_canada smoked shawarma.

They cook huge chicken & beef skewers over charcoal, giving the meat that smoky, tender, melt-in-your-mouth flavour 🤌 And the sauces?! SO good.

We tried both the chicken & beef wraps, crisped to perfection and served with a mountain of fries, plus the chicken rice bowl!

I’d plan to grab your food to go, or you can order through Uber Eats, Skip or DoorDash.

As a certified foodie, I will now be raving about this shawarma to anyone who will listen 😂

That smoky charcoal flavour is top tier 🤤

@firema_canada is an Edmonton food truck serving Jordanian-inspired shawarma cooked over natural charcoal, giving the meat a distinct smoky, grilled flavour.

Their menu includes chicken and beef shawarma wraps, Arabi-style shawarma, bowls, loaded fries and family platters, with sauces like garlic, dynamite and pomegranate molasses which add even more flavour 🔥

What’s also nice is they have a buzzer system so you don’t have to stand in line while waiting for the food, and they’re also available for online delivery through Uber Eats, Skip, and DoorDash.

Their hours of operation: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. Closed Mondays. This is a permanent location and does not change!

第一次喺 Edmonton 試餐車，今次食 FireMA Smoked Shawarma，體驗比想像中好😆

架車都未行到埋去，已經聞到陣陣燒肉香🔥 行近先見到佢哋真係用木炭燒 Shawarma，仲可以隔住玻璃睇住入面即場燒，難怪陣香味咁吸引。

今次叫咗 Chicken Shawarma Meal，雞肉卷切開一件件，外面烘到焦香，入面啲雞肉就食到幾明顯嘅煙燻炭香，幾惹味！

個 Meal 可以揀飯或者薯條，但我覺得識揀一定要揀飯😂 啲飯索晒雞肉嗰陣炭香，食落真係特別香。估唔到個飯先係驚喜，索晒啲炭香之後仲好食！

另外仲有三款 signature sauce，可以逐款點住雞肉卷食，三款各有唔同味道。

第一次餐車體驗就食到真木炭燒 Shawarma，雞肉有煙燻炭香，連個飯都咁有驚喜，下次經過一定會再試
