Our flat pack hanging frame was one of the first innovations when we started the business in 2016.

We wanted to create a piece of kit that was easily transported and flat packs. It provides scale to cook for small as well as large events.

Most importantly it creates a versatile cooking space to make the most of the fire. That’s why it has been my kit of choice for recent events before Christmas 🔥

Parrilla style grill crossed with our cantilever frame 👌🔥

Generally, we don’t do adjustable grills, parrilla style, because in my honest opinion I prefer to prioritise having lots of different heights at the same time as opposed to just one grill that goes up and down, combining it with a cantilever frame works so well as you can still set lots of resting/roasting heights 🔥

Also on here, the clients went got a front table. This is 300mm deep so lots of space. Also it’s fully removable.

Our dome, we built this for a hotel in Cavtat, Croatia 🇭🇷

Amazing to see it in action 🔥

Heavy duty build, fire brick lined, but made to fit on a pallet so can go anywhere 🌍

Dahlia a Mano.
Episode 1 // Firemade.
At heart of Dahlia is our open fire kitchen. Inspired by the real campfire cooking of Latin America and the Southern Sunshine States. Our beautiful bespoke barbecue has been handmade by experts of real fire kitchens and grills @firemadeuk in Somerset. Masters of their craft and wonderful, passionate humans that just want to make everything the best it can be.

It's now on its way to the Northern Quarter, to take pride of place at the 'Barbacoa Cosmicoa' (yeh..it's gonna be cosmic).

Huge thanks to Tom, Chris and the crew. We hope you can join us for our first cook out. It's nearly time to fire it up!

An honour to be involved in this stunning project @stenodoc in Rock, Cornwall.

Loved working on the design with @paulainsw6rth & @johnwalton

Incredible craftsmanship from @greens_kitchens on the kitchen suite, love the contrast of our grill with the stainless 👌

Good luck on the opening this week 👏 Thanks for inviting us down.
