Olivia Josephine Penelope Imogen Gertrude Elizabeth Pratt, First of Her Name

Thank you for 8 amazing years of adventure and drama and laughs and walks that were too long and cuddles that weren't long enough.

Thank you for helping me watch my calories by demanding some of everything that I ate. Thank you for keeping every vet and specialist in the Charlotte Metro area in business with all your issues and teaching me (too late) the value of pet insurance IMMEDIATELY after adoption.

Thank you for coming into my life when I was missing Gigi and Ninah so bad that I was sure I'd never love another dog as much. Thank you for crashing innumerable virtual meetings. Thank you for keeping me company on those nights where I couldn't sleep.

Thank you for choosing us. Thank you for leaving a mark in our home and our hearts. Thank you for teaching me how to be a better dog mom and for gently reminding me that I can't control everything and that even dogs have autonomy and choice. Thank you for making me live in the moment.

Thank you for being so incredibly, uniquely, unapologetically you.

My God in Heaven, I am gonna miss you, little girl. You were the very bestest of the best that ever bested and I'm not sure what I am going to do without you.

Special thanks to the amazingly wonderful, kind, compassionate folks at Brookdale Animal Hospital. Olivia had so many human friends there and they always treated her and my other girls with so much love.

Sleep well, my girlie. Catch you on the flip side. Mama loves you taken in Brookdale Animal Hospital by @firesalt

I am excited to announce that I’m a part of Chromatic Roots! This immersive experience opens August 1st 2025 at the Arts+ Community Campus in Plaza Midwood! Follow @chromatic.roots for updates on ticketing and events.

This installation features more than 30 local artists and musicians, and explores themes of fighting apathy and stagnation - not everyone has to run into a burning building to be a hero; they could save the world by simply showing up and making space for others to grow.

Chromatic Roots is hosted by @artsplus.CLT
