There’s a whole lot more behind great catering than what you see on the plate. 🖤🔥

It’s the early mornings, the late nights, the heavy lifting, the last-minute changes, the hot kitchens, the endless prep, and the hundreds of little details that have to come together perfectly.

And these are the people who make it happen!

We are incredibly proud of the Fireside Catering crew. They work hard, laugh hard, take care of one another, and show up ready to give our clients an amazing experience—event after event.

Great food matters. Beautiful presentation matters. But great people are what make Fireside Catering what it is.

To our crew: thank you for your talent, your hustle, your loyalty, and for caring about this business and our clients as much as you do. We couldn’t do it without you, and we wouldn’t want to. ❤️

This is our Fireside family. 🔥

Santa Fe Salad Bar 🌵🥗

Corporate lunch doesn’t have to be boring! This colorful, build-your-own Santa Fe Salad Bar was packed with bold Southwest flavors and plenty of options for everyone.

🔥 Pollo Asado – citrus-marinated grilled chicken
🍍 Al Pastor Pork – smoky, savory & slightly sweet
🫘 Seasoned Black Beans – a hearty vegetarian option

Then we loaded the spread with fresh greens, pineapple salsa, corn, tomatoes, pickled onions, radishes, cotija, salsa verde, sour cream, jalapeños, lime and all the fixings.

Fresh. Colorful. Customizable. And exactly the kind of lunch that makes the workday a little better.

✨We loved starting the morning with the amazing providers at Siskiyou Community Health Center!

A build-your-own oatmeal bar loaded with fresh berries, brown sugar, nuts, chocolate, dried fruit and all the good stuff—plus individual Greek yogurt, granola & berry cups and, because every great morning deserves a little indulgence… DONUTS! 🍩

Because feeding your team shouldn’t just check a box.

It should make them feel appreciated.

This catering was for the designers of Masterbrand cabinets in Grants Pass. These designers work remote from all over the United States and came in to tour the facility and learn more about the operations of the company. For lunch, we gave them a nacho bar, which was a big hit. They were all shuttled in to Vista 222 Vinyards for a wine dinner with a view! On the menu, we served, herbed chicken breast, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted vegetable medley, apple pecan salad with lemon vinaigrette, and rolls with cinnamon honey butter. For dessert they requested peanut butter butterfinger shooters. by @fireside_catering_co

Between wedding season madness, remodeling our soon-to-open event venue, and bringing our new chef onboard, I’ve been putting in some serious hours (think 14-hour days, 6–7 days a week!). Grateful for the chance to recharge this weekend with friends at their beach house. 🏖️❤️#firesidecateringco #southernoregonevents #weddingcatering by @fireside_catering_co
