There’s a reason we’re starting VORS around a fire.

Some of the best conversations happen when there’s no stage, no microphone, and nowhere you need to be except right where you are.

That’s how we want the first Veterans Outdoor Recreation Summit to begin.

Day 1 starts at the Keetley Group Campsite at Jordanelle State Park, where we’ll gather around the fire from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on October 1.

Bring a chair. Bring some wood to throw on the fire.

And if you’re local, bring an extra chair for someone who traveled to Utah to be here. We’ve got veterans coming in from across the country, and we want everyone to have a place around the fire.

A big thank you to Fireside Pine for sponsoring the evening and helping us bring this piece of VORS to life.

If you’re coming to VORS, don’t make Day 2 your first day.

Get to Jordanelle. Pull up a chair. Meet the people you’re about to spend the next three days building with.
