Welcome to the Fire System! Not chaos. Not trends. A system that works. 🔥

Our training runs in intentional seasons every 12 weeks with each stage designed to build on the last. Your body stays strong and resilient year-round— while breaking through plateaus and avoiding burnout.

💪Stage 1: Strength
We build the foundation. Controlled lifting, great form, and confidence under load so your body is prepared for everything that follows.

🔥Stage 2: Strength x Conditioning
Strength stays the priority while smart conditioning improves stamina, recovery, and work capacity—without burning you out.

🏃🏾‍➡️Stage 3: Strength x Performance
Strength meets speed, coordination, and athletic movement. Classes feel dynamic and powerful while still grounded in solid training.

💯Stage 4: Strength x Training Basics
We slow things down to reset, refine technique, and reinforce movement quality—setting you up for long-term success.

Train smart. Feel strong. Move better for life. Welcome to Fire Studio 🔥 by @firestudionyc

🔥STAGE 4: STRENGTH x FUNDAMENTALS (September 1 - November 30)🔥

Here’s what you can expect in class:

✅Moderate weights
✅Moderate rep ranges
✅Slower tempos
✅Mind body connection
✅Isolated movements

The Takeaway: “I move better, loft safer, and understand my body more!” 🙌

Our programming shifts every 12 weeks in order to help you overcome plateaus, avoid burnout and injury, keep the body challenged, and develop a well rounded foundation of fitness centered on longevity.

See you in the studio soon! 💪 by @firestudionyc

I had the pleasure of sitting down with co founders Brandon and Tiana to learn the story behind Harlem’s first-ever dedicated rowing studio @firestudionyc. We talked about why they chose Harlem, their vision for creating an inclusive fitness space, and how they’re changing the way people experience working out.

And of course, I got the inside tour! From rowing to strength training, FIRE Studio is showing that fitness isn’t one size fits all. It’s a space built around movement, confidence, and community. Go meet Brandon and Tiana, check out the space, and experience it yourself. Located at 280 W 115th Street.
