Nobody deserves to feel unsafe in their own home.

Time and time again, Aboriginal women are dismissed and unheard when they seek support.

We know that healing is only possible when we feel safe and protected.

It’s up to all of us to step up to call out violence against women. Because healthier communities are everyone’s responsibility.

Today is World Mental Health Day, a time to speak up and take action in support of better mental health care.

This year's theme, Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change, encourages us to centre people's lived experience of mental illness and neurodivergence.

We know our mob thrive when we are in the driver's seat, making decisions from our own lived experience.

That means no one gets left behind. This Treaty belongs to all of us.

You are not alone.

Check out this deadly @bulldogsw guernsey for AFLW’s Pride Round!

The Western Bulldogs make history this year, using traditional Aboriginal symbols with the colours of the pride flag for their Pride Round guernsey.

The artwork, by Wotjobaluk & LGBTQIA+ woman Chelsea Adamson @chels.dakota (she/they)
from Wergaia Country, celebrates rainbow mob and increases visibility for First Nations LGBTQIA+ communities.

Good luck to @bulldogsw as you go head to head with Essendon on Friday!
