I wanna thank all my coaches teammates friends family and competitors who have joined me on my journey in Track and field. All of you helped me, made me better, and made me fall in love with the sport. @cbeboysxctf it’s been a fun ride but sadly we must part ways. Excited to take this sport into the next chapter of my life. @throwify thank you for everything, you have been a huge influence on my throwing and on my life. You are an amazing person and a phenomenal coach. by @fisch_throws

Great meet today, won the PA state indoor championship in perhaps its most competitive year ever. It was my second best mark of this indoor season with 62’ 9.5”. So far I am undefeated going into new balance on march 13th.

1 year. 2 states. 3 guys. 4 state titles.

It brought me immense pride and joy to see these three devote themselves to their craft.

Their daily efforts were rewarded with these titles.

Incredibly proud of this group of guys.

Farthest throws in the boys shot this year

All credit goes to these athletes.

Each one of them made the conscious decision focus on the process and lock in each day.

Great work boys🤝
