Habits matter. They matter not only for body composition, but for building muscle, increasing cardio endurance, and every other fitness goal on your list. Habit change is UNCOMFORTABLE. It takes a honest conversation with yourself to really examine the regular decisions you’re making and the impact these decisions have on your health. Here are my top takeaways from my experience with @fitfilledllc 12 week program: 🌟 Calories matter. As much as it sucks to record every meal, it’s important to be aware of how it all adds up throughout your day. 🌟Preparation is key. The more I shopped for what I knew I’d need for the week, the less stressed I felt when it came time for the wildcard meals- usually lunch for me- when I previously would have skipped it or eaten something less than ideal. 🌟Excess carbs put your energy on a rollercoaster. Sugar is sugar. Being mindful about giving your body enough protein and fat will prevent cravings for fast carbs. This can take a couple weeks to really sink in. 🌟 Strategy and planning increase flexible eating. When I knew I’d be having a drink or ice cream in the evening, I would be very careful with sugar intake during the day. It prevented weight gain and the normal bloating I’d experience in the past. 🌟Variety is overrated. If I knew I had a breakfast that I enjoyed and started my day off on the right foot, I stuck to that breakfast consistently. This was often also the case with lunch. 🌟 It takes at least 10-12 weeks to really feel comfortable with new habits. I was lost weeks 1-3, annoyed and uncomfortable weeks 3-4 and finally settled in to following the guidelines. 🌟 Utilize a professional coach. Coaches are there to support and guide you through new processes. They know habit change isn’t easy and if they’ve worked with as many people as @fitfilledllc has, they have tons of experience supporting people who have been through the same changes as you. Ask questions, express frustrations, and let them celebrate your wins with you. I’m so happy I did @fitfilledllc program and would recommend it to anyone needing structure, accountability and specific guidelines to make sustainable, real nutrition changes. by @fitfilledllc
Earlier this year, I decided it was time to pair my strength coaching with nutrition coaching. I’d lost weight on my own before, but keeping it off? That was the real challenge. Enter Kayla and Vin’s @fitfilledllc program. Not only has it altered the way I think about food and nutrition, but week after week, I see the scale drop—and, more importantly, I feel great. Now, over 25 pounds lighter and 9 inches off my waist, I know I’ve built habits that will last. I’m eating smarter, feeling stronger, and still enjoying my food. Thank-you @her_strength_studio for introducing me to this incredible program. If you’re ready for real, lasting change, I can’t recommend @fitfilledllc enough! by @fitfilledllc
Today (the second Friday of the year) is called 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 because it’s the most likely day to give up on your New Year’s resolution.⁣ ⁣ That’s right, LESS THAN TWO WEEKS into the new year. 😔⁣ ⁣ If you’ve already quit, or are on the verge, it’s time to focus!⁣ ⁣ How much will achieving your goal improve your life? How much does that improvement mean to you?⁣ ⁣ Dig deep because the more meaning there is behind your goal, the more motivated you’ll be to achieve it.⁣ ⁣ And are you doing the right things ... with realistic expectations? Starving yourself and/or exercising like a lunatic isn’t the answer. You need a practical plan that doesn’t require a will of steel and will be sustainable enough to produce results THAT LAST!⁣ ⁣ 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗨𝗣! You can get past this!⁣ ⁣ Need help? Message us to find out if one-on-one coaching is what you need to make 2025 one of your best years yet! by @fitfilledllc
You don’t have to be perfect to look and feel your best in 2025!⁣ ⁣ In fact, you SHOULDN’T be perfect.⁣ ⁣ Why not? Because long-term success is dependent on permanent, sustainable change, and perfection is NOT sustainable. ⁣ ⁣ Imperfection needs to be part of your plan! Plus, it gives you some margin to intentionally have a little more fun.⁣ ⁣ If you’ve consistently been doing a great job with your diet, enjoy a treat. If you’ve been crushing your workouts, take a break and skip one. Even if you had an unintended lapse in the midst of a great stretch, let it go and just get back on track.⁣ ⁣ The key here is to know and expect that looking and feeling your best isn’t always going to be smooth sailing.⁣ ⁣ Life will get in the way and motivation will wane. But knowing and expecting this to happen is half the battle. (The other half is making sure your approach is sensible and sustainable.)⁣ ⁣ And don’t make the mistake of thinking you don’t have enough time or motivation to do anything right now because for most people, the probability of having more of either anytime in the foreseeable future is low.⁣ ⁣ Getting started now with whatever amount of time and motivation you have is much better than continuing to push off your happiness, health, and wellness!⁣ ⁣ Message us ASAP to find out how you can make great progress NOW … with IMPERFECT action! by @fitfilledllc
New Year’s resolutions don’t always have to be about weight loss!⁣ ⁣ Becca came to us exhausted following her first year of being a new mom:⁣ ⁣ “I knew I couldn’t keep living like this and would have done anything to get some energy back. I was desperate!”⁣ ⁣ Having dealt with exhaustion ourselves in the past, we knew exactly how she felt ... and how to help her get her energy back! And it didn’t take long for her to start seeing results:⁣ ⁣ “... within 2 weeks, I started seeing the light of day again! Every week got incrementally easier to incorporate small changes, starting with basic nutrition ... Because of the program, I started noticing trends of how I would feel bad with certain foods (that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise), and how good/normal I would feel after choosing smarter foods”⁣ ⁣ And we were still able to help Becca with these changes even though she considers herself a “picky eater”!⁣ ⁣ The best part, of course, is the results:⁣ ⁣ “I’ve completed the 12 weeks and I’m sleeping better, I don’t have stomach issues and I’m able to keep up with my toddler with energy now. I’ve lost quite a few inches and pounds too ... Signing up for nutrition coaching through Fitfilled has been life changing!”⁣ ⁣ This is what makes us love what we do! Thank you, Becca, for putting your trust in us!⁣ ⁣ Feeling exhausted from the holidays? Or just want to lose a few inches and do a better job of supporting your health? Message us ASAP to get started on YOUR life-changing results! by @fitfilledllc
How about making a LIFE resolution this year instead of a New Year’s resolution?⁣ ⁣ About 80% of New Year’s resolutions don’t even make it past January!⁣ ⁣ And among the few that do last longer than that, very few of them last beyond a year.⁣ ⁣ A year might sound like a long time, but looking and feeling your best is something you should want for a lifetime!⁣ ⁣ Having to buy a new wardrobe because you dropped a few sizes is a great “problem.”Having to pack that wardrobe away because you regained all the weight is a real problem.⁣ ⁣ It’s common for people to lose impressive amounts of weight, only to gain it back. The disconnect here is that losing weight and keeping it off are two very different things.⁣ ⁣ There are many ways you can lose weight, but only one way to keep it off. That one way is PERMANENT change. And permanent doesn’t mean mustering up more willpower. It means building sensible and SUSTAINABLE habits that can realistically be followed indefinitely.⁣ ⁣ Willpower will only last so long, which is why the key to long term success is gradually adapting to a new way of life with a reasonable balance between indulgence and commitment to health and wellness.⁣ ⁣ We can help you find that balance in the next 12 weeks … and lose 3 to 5 inches in the process!⁣ ⁣ Think of looking and feeling great just in time for Spring! And we’ll teach you how to keep the momentum going throughout the remainder of the year ... and far beyond!⁣ ⁣ Message us ASAP if you’re ready to look and feel your best in 2025 and beyond … without having to do anything extreme! ⁣ ⁣ Or, if you’re not quite ready yet, try out our Free 5-day New Years challenge! Most New Year’s resolutions don’t even last into January!⁣ ⁣ If you don’t want to be part of that statistic, check out our FREE 5-day challenge to help you stay on track for LASTING success!⁣ ⁣ We’ll help you:⁣ ⁣ ✅ beat the high odds of abandoning your resolution in the first few weeks⁣ ✅ stay focused on what matters most and keep your motivation strong⁣ ✅ make your success last well beyond the new year⁣ ✅ avoid the most common nutrition and exercise mistakes⁣ ✅ and much more!⁣ ⁣ Sign up through the link in our bio!⁣ by @fitfilledllc
