Midlife has a way of changing the rules when nobody gave us the new rulebook. 😂

If what worked for you years ago isn't working the same now, you're definitely not the only woman wondering what the hell happened.

The answer isn't always to do more of what used to work.

🏡❤️ My son @dan_stefens bought his first home!

I'm so proud of him and excited for this new chapter in his life!

He's starting out with very, very little when it comes to furniture and everyday household essentials. So I put together an Amazon housewarming wish list for him.

Family and friends, if you'd like to help him turn his new house into a home, we've included things he needs to get settled.

No pressure at all! Anything, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. ❤️

This is my niece @lexabaker . ❤️ It meant so much to be there for her wedding. It was beautiful, but more than anything, Alexa and Seth looked so happy.

At her wedding, I moved seats three times and somehow ended up in one of the two chairs that made me a witness on their marriage license. I think the universe had a hand in that one. ❤️

I love them both so much and I'm so happy I got to be there for this part of their story.

I don't get to see my nieces and nephews nearly as often as I'd like, but I truly hope they all know how important they are to me. ❤️ taken in Springfield, Missouri by @fitgramma_

Quick trip to Missouri ❤️

It was a short visit and the main reason we came deserves her own post once the bride shares more pictures. 🥰

We packed a lot into a few days and I’m grateful for the time I did get with family.

There are so many friends and family I didn't get to see this time, but I'll be back. Next trip I'm making sure there's a little more time for everyone. ❤️
