I wish more women knew this before they started cutting calories.

Eating less isn’t automatically better.

Especially when you’re trying to build muscle, get stronger, and feel better in your body.

Strength Challenge day 💪

90 minutes. 8 women. Less reps, more effort.

They pushed hard, cheered each other on, and probably questioned a few of my choices 😂

In regular training we focus on compound lifts, support muscles, and mobility. Today I got to push them differently and see what they could really do.

It showed me strengths, what to focus on, and goals for the next 3 months.

We’ll do it again and track progress.

A few realized they’re stronger than they thought 💪

Nichole and I have trained together off and on for 9 years.

But this past year, she became consistent.

She also came in with shoulder and knee limitations. So we didn’t just throw heavier weights at her or avoid those areas forever.
