I’m beyond excited to be officially offering private, partner, and small group HEROBOARD Fitness sessions exclusively at Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge as the first in Rochester to offer it.

What that means: A new Full Time HEROBOARD PILATES™ schedule with morning, lunch time, evening and weekend options for both sessions and Pop-Up classes at Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge - Culver Rd. Location.

What that means: More membership time options and only 3 more days to lock in your Founding Membership rates.
