Glory to the Most High

On 10th of Oct I stepped on stage against a competitive lineup of hungry athletes from the region. Amazing show it was. The toughest prep to have encountered, all the wins goes to the person it transformed me to from the process. After mad fan was had on stage we go back to the drawing board.

Big thanks to @bodyfuelfitneschampionship.ke and @bodyfuelfitnesscenter.ke for putting up an amazing show for us to showcase what we love doing.
Big appreciation to @fitspotgym for the support. Mad one🙏🤝. The crew is fire, always blalzing fire🔥.

My final race for the year💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿 this has been such a good year having competed in 4 competitions and I loved, well ENDURED, every bit of it. As always did it with my Partner in Pain😂 @priscah_mk. We were super super elated to beat our time by far from the last season. At some point things got dim dim in the 12noon sun😂😂 but hey we pulled through. Super grateful to God for much much needed strength, good health and a sound mind. This past week I have been reminded that it’s not a usual thing to wake up, spend the day and retire to bed at night in one peace. It’s only in Him we Live, Move and Have our being. So today I choose to give Thanks to the Lord, for he is good for indeed His love endures forever and His mercies are new every morning.

A huge shout out to the @fitspotgym community. Thank you @apexfitness_africa for a good event, looking forward to the next events bigger and better by @fitspotgym

Change is like rest.
So I hear.

Well, a lot changed this year and I am not sure if rest is applicable here but kama wahenga wazungu walisema tukubali tu.😂

I had to move my walks from evenings to mornings and since the route I walk through is deserted early mornings, I resorted to the treadmill though adding to it outdoor walks to and fro.

Now, you people did not say that joining the gym is a call to always fight for your life...literally? 🙆‍♀️

I thought I would just have my peaceful walk on the treadmill and go my way but shock on me! I had to lift weights...like people with 'many' strength. Imagine! 🙆‍♀️🤦‍♀️😅

The mirror photo is my little reminder that "I survived".

Don't be fooled by the clean look. I smelled like a goat and was as tired as an ox.
But si they said change is as good as rest, we keep going as we wait to enjoy the rest. 🤗😅

Popote ulipo, let's keep walking. 🚶‍♀️
