Not sick. Not hanging on — living. Gardening, walking to see friends, sharp and laughing in their nineties.

Researchers call them Blue Zones. And when they went looking for the secret, they didn’t find a superfood or a supplement. They found a rhythm:

Mostly plants. Natural movement. Rest without apology. A reason to rise. A faith community. People who love you, for life.

Sister… read that list again. You already recognize it. 🤍

It’s the life God laid out from the very beginning. Secular scientists spent decades finding what was written down in Genesis. The research isn’t news to women like us — it’s confirmation.

This November, we’re taking a small circle of Christian women to one of those five Blue Zones — the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica — for six days to actually live it. Plant-based meals, morning movement, herbal + feminine wellness, devotionals, and sisterhood that stays with you long after you fly home.

Because retreat doesn’t mean defeat. It means withdrawing — pulling back so you can be filled and sent back out. Even Jesus withdrew to lonely places to rest. 🕊️
