This OG SOUL SISTER SONG @wilsonphillipsmusic brought me back to this amazing anthem from decades ago! ✨💗✨ #mirroraffermations Kathybabcock.com Happy New Year ✨ You Beautiful Soul....You Held ON! YOU MADE IT, you made it through with all the uncertainty this year, with all your pain, and enduring family situations and tough conversations. You tapped into your own needs to find grounding and peace, you found your #soulsnacks and #fitnesssnacks to get you through your weeks, offering yourself more vibrant energy and joy! You educated yourself to tighten your discipline with a deeper knowledge about eating #highdensitysnacks and taking daily #naturesnacks to help you to live more fully! You did it! You supported and held a safe space for dear friends, checking in on them and loving them, even when you could have used more support and others checking in on you, that's beautiful! YOU did that! You expressed your feelings in your relationships whether they were validated or seen by another, but you expressed your needs, and that is the highest expression of self~ love, you beautiful soul! You woke up each day and made a conscience effort to see all your blessings and to see the beauty around you, even when some days were hard! You did that! I just wanted you to know that I am so happy to call you my friend and confidant, my warrior and truest friend! Thank you 🙏 Self ~ 💗I love you ....and believe in you forevermore! Let's go 2025, I'm already in love with you! 💋💗💋 #63wisdom #listentotheoldpeople #holdon #loveyourbody #liveyourmind #setyourselffree #takenobs #over60style #over60women #over60andfabulous #internationalcoach #midlifecoach #fitnesspractitioner #howmanymoresummers #howmanymorewinterscanitake #howmanymoresunsets #getinthesun #fitnesssnacks #TakeDeliciousBitesOfLife #officesnacks #thoughtsnacks #LiveFullyWithKathyBabcock #live #livefully #thoughtsnacks #stopwastingtime by @fitterisfunnerstudio
🛀 BATHROOM BREAKOUT SONG FEELS' ✨🤲🌎 ’ SHANIA TWAIN'S Hit "When,”.... .....she isn’t singing about geopolitics at all, which is exactly why it works as a mirror for ours. The song is a daydream list, a woman imagining the impossible conditions for love: when you can be yourself, when money doesn’t matter, when the stars align. It’s tender, a little wistful, and built on a deliciously human habit: placing happiness just one “when” out of reach. We do the same thing with peace. We say when leaders are wiser, when the other side admits it was wrong, when the economy is fair, when everyone thinks like us, then we’ll finally be united. Twain would recognize that chorus. It’s romantic procrastination on a global scale. Her clever twist is that the “when” never actually arrives in the song, because love isn’t waiting on perfect conditions. It’s waiting on a decision to show up as you are. Peace is no different. The world will never be peaceful, fair, or united while we treat our common humanity as a prize to be earned after our differences are settled. That’s backwards. The sameness comes first. We all get tired, we all grieve badly, we all want our kids to be safe, we all sing too loud in the car when no one’s listening. That’s not poetry, that’s biology and heartbreak and hope wearing different outfits. Twain wrote “When” as a love song, but she accidentally wrote a peace treaty: stop waiting for the perfect when. Unity doesn’t happen when we finally agree on everything. It happens when we finally agree we were never that different to begin with. #lovewins❤️💛💚💙💜 #peace #happiness #sdhumankind #greed by @fitterisfunnerstudio

My amazing sister is beating lung cancer after 30 years smoking, radiation, and now her last month of immunotherapy — GREEN LIGHT! 💚🔥 After losing our mom, our single-mama warrior who raised 3 of us solo with strength and grace, we're channeling her fierce energy. She never really worked out… until now! Down 30 lbs, lifting 3x/week for bones & muscle (your body doesn't know your age with good protein + challenge!), plus brisk boardwalk walks in Oceanside & Carlsbad. Squat party: 10/day Oct, 20 Nov, 30 Dec… to 100! Not about scale or tape — it's mindset. Daily rituals become your life. Don't bully yourself into sedentary! You Are Pure Light. ✨💜✨ Last week these words flowed out of my HEART 💗 as easily as it is to tell my family how deeply I LOVE THEM ENDLESSLY...as I wrote these words I realized, perhaps 🤔 those words were for me too, to soothe my soul.... when this world gets too divided, angry, evil, heartless and hopeless! A reminder to me..to keep loving 🥰. Not for what you do. Not for how you feel today. But for who you are underneath it all. When the world feels overwhelming, when grief feels too heavy, when depression whispers that you are alone — please remember this: you were never meant to fight darkness with more darkness. We can't fight back with more hate. We can't fight back with more divide. We can only fight back with love. We are so much more alike than we are different. We all know what it is to hurt. To miss someone. To feel lost. And inside each of us is a light pure enough to help heal that — in ourselves, and in each other. If you're struggling today, let this be your reminder: your light hasn't gone out. It's still there, vibrant, pure, loving. And it's needed. You are pure light. And love is how we find our way home. If you’ve lost someone to suicide, or you’re walking through depression right now, you don’t have to walk alone. Let’s talk, let’s breathe, let’s heal — together. 🤍 #youarepurelight #sdluv #mentalhealthmatters #suicideprevention #lovewins❤️ wins by @fitterisfunnerstudio
