If there's one thing about me, it's that I will ALWAYS let you steal my secret to glute growth 🍑

Nobody really tells you before you have a baby that growing a human takes so much out of your body, and your glutes are one of the first things that go.

Between the hormonal shifts, sitting more, moving less, supplying milk, and just surviving those first few months...

So after having each of my babies, I wanted to rebuild mine-- not rush it, not "bounce back," but rebuild them properly, safely, and effectively.

Booty After Baby came first, because right after having a baby your body needs a completely different approach--one that has a major focus on your core and pelvic floor (which, as you learn, has a direct correlation to glute strength). Booty After Baby is a 4-month program specifically for that early postpartum stage, slow and intentional, rebuilding the foundation and making reconnection, before doing anything else.

Then came BAB2, which is the progression after Booty After Baby, and boy is it that! This 3-month program builds muscle through a progressive overload format, making sure we utilize all mechanisms of growth: mechanical tension, metabolic stress, and muscle damage. Helloooo, round booty 🍑👋🏼

AND NOWWW ...Quick Booty Build is here. I wanted to find a way to maintain what I had worked so hard for, without all the bells and whistles or spending an hour in the gym each session. Something that truly gets the job done amidst a very hectic schedule: 24 workouts, 30 minutes or less, built around the exact structure I trust with my own body

The growth I've seen in myself AND in the women doing this alongside me, is INSANE!! ❤️‍🔥

It all came from doing things in the right order instead of rushing straight to the end goal, or just following random videos found on social media.
Wherever you're at in your own journey, there's a program built for exactly that stage.

💛 Fittest Core Resistance Bands!!!!! 💛

Chase and I have been talking about how we need our own bands for…years. But it’s been a flippant “man, we really should just have our own,” with no real effort behind it. Just a pipe dream, or another to-do.

Fast forward to about 8 months ago, Chase finally said let’s do this. We spent months researching, trialing, picking the perfect colors, and fine-tuning. And finally, at-da! here they are 🥲

I can’t wait to see these bands on y’all during your workouts, while traveling, while working out with your kids, and everything in between. I hope they remind you of how far you’ve come, how strong you are, and how capable you are 💛

The sooner you accept that there is ALWAYS going to be “something,” the sooner you’ll start to actually begin making, seeing, FEELING a change.

Learning to stay consistent in habits WITH all of life’s roadblocks is one of the things the women who are actually making progress are doing. They’re not making excuses. They’re not waiting for the right time. And they’re certainly not doing it because it feels easy.

I challenge you to stop waiting for the right time, mama. Because that time won’t ever come. Do it when it’s hard, because “hard” now makes for “easy” later on. Love you, mean it 😘 by @fittestcore

Things I wish all moms knew before about her core before starting their postpartum journey back into fitness 🤍

Nobody hands you a manual for this.

You're just expected to figure it out, on top of everything else you're already figuring out as a mom.

So I put together the things I genuinely wish someone had told me, back before I knew any of it, the stuff that actually would've saved me time, frustration, and probably a setback or two.

Save this for when you're ready to start, and send it to a mama who needs it today!! by @fittestcore

If you've been doing "all the things" for months and still feel stuck, I promise you it's not because you're not trying hard enough, mama!

So much of the time it's not about adding more, it's about finally stopping the stuff that's quietly working against you.

Postpartum weight loss is NOT the same game as it was before you had a baby, and treating it like it is usually backfires. Your body just did something incredibleeee!! It grew a human, went through labor and delivery, and is likely still recovering hormonally, physically, mentally, even if it's been months or years (yup) since.

That changes everything about how your body responds to training and nutrition right now.

So many moms are stuck doing things that made sense pre-baby but are actively working against them now:

🚫 Over-restricting: your body needs fuel to actually recover and rebuild strength right now, NOT less of it. Under-eating just slows everything down. FOOD IS FUEL!

🚫 Doing high-intensity everything: if your nervous system is already maxed out from sleepless nights and a newborn, adding max-effort workouts on top of that is more stress, not progress.

🚫 Ignoring your core and pelvic floor: chasing a calorie burn while skipping this means you're building on a shaky foundation, and it usually (ahem, always) catches up with you later.

⏳ Comparing your timeline to a "bounce back" clock (or ANY clock for that matter): that timeline was never realistic to begin with, and holding yourself to any timeline just breeds frustration, not results.

🙋‍♀️ Trying to do it all alone: motivation runs out fast without support, mama, and that's not a personal failure, that's just how humans work. Especially now that you're taking care of someone other than just you!

If you saw yourself in even one of these, that's NOT you failing. It just means nobody ever told you the rules were different now.

Honestly, most of what I do in 1:1 coaching is just helping moms figure out which of these they're stuck in and fixing it together, one step at a time. If that's you right now, DM me "COACHING" and let's talk about it! 🫶🏼 by @fittestcore

If it’s too good to believe, it’s probably not real 🛑

I’ve gone so back and forth between leaving the caption at the above, or actually speaking my mind. Apparently we’re going with the latter.

As someone who works in the industry of transformations, this infuriates me and breaks my heart. The women who are DOING THE WORK do NOT DESERVE THIS. Fake women, unrealistic images, and a new level of comparison that we never could even imagine we’d be living in someday.

To all the women out there working on themselves, I hope you’re able to see what is actually in front of your eyes. It’s not real. And I encourage you to keep your eyes on what IS real—the work you’re doing, the commitment you’re making to yourself (and your family), the time you’re dedicating, and the trust you’re putting in yourself (and maybe your coach) to actually make it happen…FOR REAL.

I know that this is just the beginning of all of this. And I also know there are transformations out there right now that aren’t real (I know that because I’ve had REAL clients’ transformations TAKEN DOWN off of this app because they were flagged for AI), and there are women comparing their own journeys to fake ones.

Mamas, protect your scrolling and take it in with a lense. You’re doing amazing. And please only compare your journey to YOUR OWN. You don’t deserve to feel any less than by falsities 🫶🏼

Rant over. For now 😮‍💨 by @fittestcore

The #1 mistake I see moms make when trying to grow their glutes?

They're doing glute exercises and not glute training 🍑

What's the difference? Having an effective formula versus just throwing random exercises together. It's one of the reasons so many moms come to me saying I have "tried everything" buttt see little to no change.

The tricky part is: oftentimes just "doing exercises" can actually FEEL like a glute workout, but if there's no intention or structure to the movements/workout as a whole, you aren't going to see change.

If you've been doing glute workouts for a while and feel like you have not much to show for it, mama, this might be exactly why!

This is exactly the gap Quick Booty Build was built to close.

24 workouts, 30 minutes or less, all following the same intentional structure so nothing's just "thrown together" anymore.
