I wish I could go back to those slow mornings filled with sunshine, sea, and nothing but peace 🌊☀️

10 beautiful days in Dahab with my baby boy 💙 We explored, laughed, jumped into so many beaches, climbed mountains, and collected memories I’ll carry with me forever

This trip felt like a little restart a chance to slow down, breathe, reconnect with myself, and come back ready to face the world with a big smile on my face ☺️💙

Sometimes, all we need is a little sea, a little sunshine, and our favourite person beside us 🌊✨

Stop watching everyone else's life

Accept yourself.
Start where you are.
Use what you have.

Don't waste your life comparing yourself to others. Try to invest in your own growth.

Build your life— Your own future

It's created by you & what you do today, not by what you watch others do

First time competing in a rowing event… and definitely not the last 🚣‍♀️🔥

500m Rowing Open Division
⏱️ 1:57 min
🏅 4th in my round

Honestly, I was just so excited and happy to be part of such an amazing event for the first time, organized by @thetrifactory & @raya_holding at Lac du Caire ✨

The atmosphere was incredible — rowing champions everywhere, and also so many people trying rowing for the first time. Seeing a community grow around this sport was really inspiring ❤️

What makes this even funnier is that I literally didn’t touch a rowing machine since Alpha X at the Egyptian Museum 😂
Just passion… and muscle memory doing their thing 😅

Thank you to everyone who cheered for me, encouraged me, and pushed me to join this event.
Specially @shadyessam.filmmaker
@azee.zohairy
Your support honestly meant a lot 🙏❤️

Can’t wait for the next one 🚣‍♀️🔥

by @fitwithasmaa

‏ deadbug - reverse plank -side plank
