Buried this one in my camera roll and forgot how much it says—about movement, tension, and emerging.

I was deep in this chimney system, establishing a new route in the shadows, working my way out toward the light. Not just metaphor.

Lately I’ve been off the grid completing my comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates instructor training, dialing in biomechanics with the same intensity I’ve brought to every pitch. I’m learning to fuse it all: climbing mechanics, athletic refinement, and the grace that lives inside grit.

More to come. #bringinggracetothegrovel

It’s just a little swing…. 😅

Swings are not something that felt natural at first and this one in particular would have scared me so much a few weeks ago! But I am slowly getting used to all these shenanigans and even found them fun now! 🔥

Back on Watkins today! We are psyched!

Rellicopter floating some hidden gems in the Valley on her Fixe Oliana 9.2 80m ✨

This all-purpose rope has triple standardisation (simple, double, and twin). It is mainly recommended for sport climbers who are looking for a light, high-performance rope. Its Fusion construction provides great security when climbing over sharp rocks and ridges. With a very contained diameter and weighing 58gr/m, it is excellent for on-sight climbing.

•Middle Mark: indicates the halfway point on the rope with a black mark.

•8m Marks: marking system that uses a red mark to indicate that there are 8 meters left to reach the end of the rope.

•Reflector: reflective indicator at both ends of the rope.

•Ultrasonic cut: stiffens the rope ends and protects them from wear.
