Introducing Reserva de la Casa — a coffee collection dedicated to coffees we not only love, but that inspire us to keep learning, roasting, and doing what we do.

From Colombia para el mundo. 🇨🇴

For our first release, producer Oswaldo Toro of Finca Los Cedros brings us a Thermal Shock Washed Sidra Bourbon. Oswaldo has developed his approach with knowledge learned from Néstor Lasso, resulting in a coffee that’s complex, vibrant, and seriously delicious.

But the best way to understand what we’re talking about? Snag a tin and taste it for yourself.

Farm: Finca Los Cedros
Producer: Oswaldo Toro
Origin: Colombia 🇨🇴
Variety: Sidra Bourbon
Process: Thermal Shock Washed
Notes: Jasmine · Peach · Melocotón 🍑

Stamp of Courage: A Journey of Sacrifices and Dreams

Assimilation, the struggle of trying to fit in, or washing away the culture of our ancestors have always been a struggle from the beginning of our journey here in the United States. “Stamp of courage” is a beautiful mark, a unique scar, a unique story that all of us carry with us. This exhibit talks to those first and second generations who have these same scars in the same location. Though the scars look very different, they experience the same push back and the struggles to fit in, and most of all the courage to still keep going to reach for their dreams brings these individuals together.

Thanks to the City of Montebello, Hilda Solís and Cuarto Central( @cuarto.central )for helping make this exhibition possible.

Saturday, September 12 -> 4pm-10pm

If you love our burritos, you can thank @enjoymejorado — the vessel that holds all that goodness together 🌯

And we can’t talk about burritos without mentioning @burritoslapalma , one of our biggest inspirations from day one.

Thank you both for being part of our community and for inspiring what we do. ❤️

Live from LA Selva, Mexican band Son Rompe Pera @sonrompepera delivers an explosive performance blending traditional marimba with raw cumbia energy, punk attitude, and tropical rhythms. Hailing from Naucalpan, the group has become known worldwide for pushing Mexican folk instruments into a wild new sonic territory where traditional sound meets rebellion. This is cumbia with grit, heritage, and pure electricity.

Now Playing: Reyna Tropical - live on LA Selva.

Reyna Tropical ‪brings an electrifying, genre-bending performance to LA Selva. A visionary force in modern tropical sound, Reyna blends Afro-Mexican rhythms, cumbia, and experimental beats into a rich celebration of diasporic culture, joy, grief, love, and resilience, all brought to life through hypnotic guitar, layered samples, and soulful vocals.

Link in bio.
