It all started with just a set of skincare. Never have I thought it is possible to go foundation free daily. What more during events? Not a single drop of foundation on my skin. Forever thankful for healthier skin. ✨

Was picking up some books from my shelf and came across some of my certs, looking at them and thinking how time flies. Can’t believe I’ve been working for 10 years now. So glad I’ve started attending courses since I was doing my degree and I’m still learning. It’s not just a job but a lifestyle.

“Updating” my skill in IASTM with @doctorpainworldwide - thank you for sharing your knowledge on this course.

No doubt few of my favourite courses are still:
- Dry Needling GEMT
- Athlete Performance Sports Massage (KBS)
- Mulligan’s Manual Therapy Concept (Bangkok)
- Certified Spinal Manual Therapy CSMT, (Australia’s Program)

Cause all these work together magically when it is applied and practiced appropriately.

Go, go and explore while you have the opportunity. There’s always room to grow and to stretch further. ✨

(I love photos and these photos reminded me how much makeup and contouring I used to apply on my face daily comparing to my latest photo 😂. Always be the best version of you and always be contented.) taken in Body Fix Physiotherapy by @fixwithmichelle

You don’t really need a reason for a photoshoot, do you? My last one was my maternity shoot, heh.

Probably one of my favourite shots from the shoot perhaps because it feels quietly, unmistakably like me. ✨

At 34, I find myself deeply, deeply content with life. I’ve been blessed with more than I could have asked for at this stage of life and there’s something beautiful about recognising when life is already full and simply taking the time to enjoy it while remaining curious about what’s still ahead. ♥️ by @fixwithmichelle
