𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗻? 👣🏃♀️

It’s not “just tightness.” It’s not “just getting older.” And it’s definitely not something you have to push through.

Meet Rebecca, a physiotherapist at Continuum, who specializes in functional gait assessments.

That means we take a close look at your walking and running patterns to identify:
• Imbalances
• Weaknesses
• Movement deficits
• The true root cause of your pain

From there, we build a targeted plan to get you moving better — and feeling better.

If this sounds like something you need, book your assessment today.
