I’m so happy to have brought my double pike from the fast track and onto the air floor! I’m slowly making my way back from injury and taking the time to heal properly this time. It’s not always easy to slow down in this sport, but I’m proud of the progress and trusting the process. 💙 Thanks to my physio @fixyourgaetz from @continuum_hc for helping me!

𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗻? 👣🏃♀️

It’s not “just tightness.” It’s not “just getting older.” And it’s definitely not something you have to push through.

Meet Rebecca, a physiotherapist at Continuum, who specializes in functional gait assessments.

That means we take a close look at your walking and running patterns to identify:
• Imbalances
• Weaknesses
• Movement deficits
• The true root cause of your pain

From there, we build a targeted plan to get you moving better — and feeling better.

If this sounds like something you need, book your assessment today.

🏃♂️ Do you get pain when you walk… or especially when you run?

We don’t just treat the sore knee, hip, or shin — we actually analyze how you move.
By looking at your walking and running mechanics, we can find imbalances, weaknesses, and compensations that are often the real reason injuries keep coming back.

The goal?
Fix the root cause, improve efficiency, and get you moving pain-free again.

If you’ve had an injury that won’t go away, or you want to run better and prevent one before it starts, this is for you.

Let’s get you moving properly again.

Signs and symptoms are SO important to know about a concussion.

It's even more important to know them when you are healthy so that you know what to look for in case one happens to you (or to a teammate).

Listen as Rebecca talks about this. If you think you are experiencing symptoms of a concussion, 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺.
