Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026

An unreal experience to be at this incredible multi sport event that I could only have dreamed of being a part of when I was growing up.

Congratulations to all of the incredible and hardworking athletes, coaches and staff behind the scenes that help make the magic happen.

First international trip supporting @judoaus. I am so proud of these awe inspiring athletes. It takes so much strength, discipline and resilience to perform at this level.

Congratulations @eef_coughlan @tinkaeaston @_m.swan_ and @danielkellyjudo 💪🏼💪🏼 It’s been a pleasure to be on this adventure with you, and after a false start care of flights being re routed, I’m so glad I got to experience and support you in Linz, Nymburk, Budapest and Tbilisi! 🫠😵‍💫 taken in Tbilisi, Georgia by @fjphysio

Thrilled to help @jennicandler out at the Australian Gangurrus camp in Cairns these past few days. 🦘🏀 Loving the energy and the vibes of the 3x3 squads!

Watching the talent of Australian Women’s Basketball up close - what a dream and a privilege 🥹 Still picking my jaw up from the floor. And couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of humans to work alongside this week. Cant wait to watch these girls in action 💪🏼

A big thank you to everyone I have had the pleasure sharing the last 3 weeks with, flying, watching, immersing myself in everything fringe fest!

An extra big thanks to those who made it possible to follow through on a wild idea to support the @adlfringe in my own way, offering affordable, specialised, on site physiotherapy services to performers and crew. 🫶🏽 @cal.eastwood.harris @headfirstacrobats @foolsparadisefestivals @listotrapezeco and @elhutchie

Reply “hells yeah!” Or DM me @fjphysio or @fijay14 for more details and make a time that works for you to sort out niggles, make a plan to resolve an ongoing injury, or just get some tlc to make it through another busy festival season 🫶🏽

It’s been a hot minute but the Cirque du Soleil big top is back in Melbourne with Luzia and I can’t wait to see this beautiful show!

It was an absolute treat to be able to help out the Luzia PMed team - Ricky and Shelly you guys rock! And to top it off, I got to work and hang with my dear Em - love you big sis!

Chookas to the entire Luzia team, I hope you have a wonderful and enjoyable run in Melbourne. Hit me up for food and coffee recommendations 😉 Bezos x taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @fjphysio
