What an absolute pleasure to be invited to work with the cast and crew of @cirquedusoleil’s Luzia whilst their tour performs here in Sydney.

Yesterday was a fun day spent educating all things female athlete health - from menstrual, pelvic, and breast health, to the effects of hyper mobility on the pelvic floor, as well as pregnancy and menopause, and of course all related back to their impact on performance!

Fantastic to also be able to provide pelvic health physiotherapy services to requesting performers and staff.

Thank you @fjphysio for facilitating these workshops and seamlessly integrating Optima’s services into your already fantastic care of these amazing performers.

Grab your tickets if you haven’t already as the World’s greatest circus is in town!

The Aussie crew enjoying the afternoon off after a solid day of training here in Varna. However, I think more splits were done in this game than in the gym…. 🤸🏼‍♀️🇧🇬

#smallrant 7 months post shoulder surgery. I had a secret goal to have a swing before I turned a year older. I thought that would be pushing my luck, and my shoulder. So I am super stoked to have made a catch last week. Even though it’s just another split it felt so good to be caught, and my shoulder is still attached (touch wood) I still have a long way to go with recovery. This is the first of many steps in the right direction. ❤️ Thank you circus family and circus physio ❤️ #rantover
