COPENHAGEN IM IN YOUUU🇩🇰

2 marathons in 2 weeks, some may call me a madman but I’m really like that.

In all honesty going into the race I was thinking my body would shutdown from early as I hadn’t full recovered from London Marathon. Surprisingly I maintained a very good comfortable pace throughout majority of the race - even stopped to go toilet but I’ll save that for the vlog haha😂Nevertheless we managed to PB by 15 minutes🔥

SUB 4 SECURED🏁

Shout out to my brother @munimc_ I’m proud of you, debut marathon and we did it together. We’ve come a long way now we’re completely Dad lore’s😂 a great story for our Grandkids🤞🏾

Shout out to my brothers that flew out with us to come support. You don’t know how much love I got for every single one of you for showing out❤️

A final big thank you to every single person who donated for the cause @aidpioneers - without you we couldn’t have ran it so we’re truly grateful for this opportunity🙏🏾

LUNDUN I LUV U

1 week notice. 42.1 KM / 26.2 miles banked🏁
Debut marathon in my hometown was an unreal experience

Came to support last year & told myself I’d find a way to be running @londonmarathon in 2026 and here I am. Grateful for the opportunity to be supported by my friends, family & strangers in the crowd cheering me on throughout the course🙏🏾

This one was just about enjoying the race, as you can tell I had a flipping blast out there🔥 The last 10km was nothing but pain managed to push through without stopping so I’m proud of myself for that💪🏾 I told myself I’m never doing this again but I got another Marathon in 2 weeks🇩🇰

London Big Half Marathon Debut
🏆PB: 1:57:06

Never would I have thought to participate in a half marathon. The goal was sub 2, I hit that with 4 hours sleep and 4 weeks worth of training‼️

My first race and I can only thank God as it was a difficult route alongside the hot weather. I was aiming for 1:55 but I started cramping up at 18km💔

I dedicate this race to raise Sickle Cell Awareness so please donate Black Blood🩸Thank you to everyone that came out to support me I appreciate you all❤️ First Medal Secured🥇 @officialbighalf @livew0n
